    It would be awesome to have the option to send text messages over wi-fi when the cell network is unavailable or when at home.

  4. SMS forward

    I would like to create my own sms rules that automatically send certain words or senders via SMS to the specified groups. Like in SMS Forward app.
    As a volunteer firefighter, we notify each other via SMS and that is why this development is very important to us.

  5. Emergency Alerts

    We really need this feature and be able to adjust settings like the one on the default messages app. Biggest thing would be the ability to have the alert go off even if the volume is down... which on the default app you don't hear it if the volume is off.

    Not to mention the fact that if I have Textra as my default... I don't get any alerts. This is vital function and see it's been asked for going back to 2015... hello... it's 4 yrs later and still no function. Also... I'm a Pro User : )

  9. Postpone messages

    Would really love a way to postpone a message in a way similar to how Mailbox lets you postpone emails (http://mailboxapp.com). Should be possible to postpone to after work, to tomorrow, to next week, etc. It is always a problem when I receive a message that I have to answer to, but just not right now...

  11. Allow customizations of themes to various contacts rather than only have a choice of one over-all theme.

    The new update does not have the customization for the message bubbles, which is fine, but to have an option to pick different themes for different contacts and one theme as a default would be nice.

  12. Vibration pattern

    Hello,
    I'm new to textra and I love it but none of the few vibrations pattern (for an incoming SMS) satisfies me. It would be great if we could, for exemple choose precisely how many vibrations we want.

  17. export import option for threads through this implementation we can backup messages even it they are deleted from the stock messaging app.

    taking back up of threads so that even if messages are deleted from stock app we would still have an option through this we can even transfer our messages to new fones

  18. Messages font size in points

    I know that we already can choose from three different font sizes but even it's enough for customizing user interface I think it'd be great and really convenient if there would be a possibility to precisely set font size in message view - especially for people with smaller telephones or vision loss. For me anyway big font it's too big (perhaps it looks good only on devices with higher resolution?..) especially in UI, but I miss an option to slightly zoom in text in messages... especially that font used in textra is really condensed

  20. Place a phone call when the device is brought to your ear, to the contact you're texting (ala Touchwiz).

    With a conversation open, use the proximity sensor and accelerometer to detect when the phone is brought to the user's ear, and call whichever contact they were texting
