  2. NOT mark as read when notification ignored

    i get notifications on my home screen for incoming messages and sometimes am too busy with work or errands so i swipe it off the home screen to clear my screen and go to read my messages when i get time. on my phone default messaging app when i swipe (ignore) the notification, it leaves all those messages as unread but when i do the same on this app it marks ALL of those messages as read so then i just forget about checking my messages. this is my main problem stopping me from switching to using this as my…

  6. Bitmoji Integration

    Would be great to have Bitmoji integrated into the app similar to how iphones are able to pull up bitmojis from the keyboard and add it to the current conversation.
    Currently difficult to add bitmoji to group conversations or within a single conversation.

  8. Toggle group messaging behavior inside group messaging

    I would like to be able to choose to toggle group messaging behavior (chat vs bulk) on a group by group basis without having to set it globally across all chats within the settings because I will set it one way for a certain group and forget to change it for a different group.

  13. Change text to assortment of colors

    it would be awesome if we could change the text color beyond gray, black, and white. I'm a big fan of the black bubble color and theme because I have an OLED display so being able to change the text color to as many colors as the bubbles would be very helpful. I'm not a big fan of the text bubbles so being able to have multi-colored text would help a lot.

  17. Smartwatch Notifications

    I have a Garmin Fenix5 smartwatch. When I get an SMS notification on the watch via Textra, it just says I have "1 unread message" rather than showing the content of the message the way the stock messaging app works. Please fix.

  19. SMS Time Stamp - When SMS Is Sent - Not When Received.

    Have written about this before. I am sure that at one time when I slid the message to the left, the time SMS was sent appeared as well as when received. Now, it show only the time when I put phone on. I have Samsung Galaxy S3 and specifically used Textra because it had sent time stamp. This changed in December (I think). Can you please do something to put back the time and date that SMS was sent. Not all people keep their phones on 24/7. Other than that, I think Textra is a great SMS service.

  20. selecting multiple pictures too hard

    you have to press to select one, ok. long press to view the picture, ok. to select multiple, long press but not so long that you view the picture but not so short you just select one picture... WHAT!!??
