  2. New 'Chat' Messaging Format coming to Android...

    What are Textra's plans to support the new Chat messaging format being pushed to carriers and Android devices? Will we see these features implemented so that we don't have to revert back to using the stock texting app just to get read receipts?

    Once these features come to devices, I think users will want them immediately. Coming from a long time textra user, I think ensuring this functionality is up and running is paramount to keeping this platform competitive.

  3. Move Textra onto SD Card

    I think it would be a good idea if Textra could be moved from the phone's respective storage onto an SD Card. If not the entire app, an ability to store the messages and media in a different location would be good. The app takes up a good amount of space in my phones storage.

    I love Textra and bought the premium version. However, I recently tried YAATA and liked the chat heads, but preferred everything else in Textra. Is this a feature you are planning to develop? Thank you for a great app.

    A mode to send automatic replies while driving. Once enabled have settings to auto enable if paired to a specific device or option to set status as "driving" from the notification drawer. Have the option to manually set your reply ahead of time like "Sup bruh.. can't chat right now I'm driving" and to only respond once to each conversation within a specified time window. Options to also disable all Textra notificatios while driving mode is enabled to prevent distraction to the driver.   17. Stock lockscreen notification

    Stock messaging, voicemail, dialer, etc on my Galaxy S4 show a notification on my lock screen which I can tap, unlock the phone, and it takes me to that message in the app.
    This is the only feature I miss using Textra; being able to see the contact and preview text on the lock screen itself without needing to drag down the notification bar just to see who it is from and what it says.
    This feature (I believe) exists on all Galaxy phones running android 4.3 and up.
