  1. Open full sized image before sending.

    Please make it so you can open the full sized version of an image by tapping it in the text box before sending. It'd make it easier to double-check that I'm sending the correct image. Thank you love the app!

  2. Emoji Search Feature

    Because there are so many emojis these days, it makes sense to have a Search Option to find the right emoji during a conversation. My Samsung phone has this if I use the "System Emojis", but Textra doesn't offer it when I use any of the emojis I've downloaded for use. Would be great to have this!

  4. Notification when sending SMS

    When sending an SMS it would be good to see a notification that it is "sending" next to the message, then display "sent", this would give reassurance back to the user. Dave

  5. Add Names to Existing SMS or MMS

    It would be great if I was able to add new people to already existing texts. I realize the new people wouldn't see the previous texts and it might start a new text chain. It is really time consuming when I am in a large text chat with numerous people to have to go back and re-type all of the names to start a new thread just to add a name or two.

  6. Exit conversation after deleting massesges

    Currently deleting all massesges in conversation does not exit from list (blank conversation), i want feature so that it will come out of conversation after deleting all massesges in it.

  8. Sort blocklist and prevent contacts from being blocked accidentally.

    It appears the default sort in the block list is by phone number. I'd like to be able to sort the list by date and time. I've blocked several numbers accidentally and it can be impossible to find them if I don't know the number or they're not one of my known contacts. Also if I'm going to block list someone from my phone book it would be great if there was an extra step to confirm that that's what I actually want to do.   9. conversation renaming

    Love this app. used for long time. is extremely useful to be able rename conversations with multiple participants.

    extremely disappointing that this same feature is not avaible with only one participant.

    contacts can be named in a specific reason. this all should allow that to be modified to suite the needs within this app.

    please add this feature, especially since the code is already there

    Is there a way to name my text group, like "work" or "book group"? Also is there a way to quickly see the number of recipients in a group by looking at the thread?

  13. More Notification Symbols / Custom Background

    Hey Textra Team!
    Sorry to bug you again, but I have to ask once more:

    Can you PLEASE add some more custom notification symbols? I have a lot of friends who constantly text me and I love being able to customize, but while it's awesome having you as the only app that seems to do that, it's a tease to only have the small amount of custom icons to choose from.

    ( Also, any chance we could get back to having the custom color show up in the status bar again like so long ago?? That'd be great too, but…

  14. block sms on part of number

    I get a lot of phishing from Slovenia. I don't know anybody there. I want to block everything from Slovenia using its country number.
    I had this function on my older phone and I really miss it.

  18. Intro text for forwarded messages

    when forwarding texts, there should be an option for Textra to automatically put some intro text like "FWD:" or "forwarded:" in front of the copy-pasted text.
