    Microsoft Launcher supports badge icons as BlueMail shows the number of unemployed read messages. Can Textra be adapted to show the same?

  2. Group Messages

    Most of my texting is done in groups. How can I know who's speaking if there's only one notification sound for the whole group? I need for each contact to have their own notification sound whether in a group text or not

  4. Delayed Message sending

    to have an option to send a message at a later time. say you have a meeting that you want to remind everyone of but just remembered at 11pm at night, it would be nice to right out your message and have it send at 8 am the next morning. just a way to write up a text when you remember to but don't have to send it right away but will automatically send later.

    How about disable ads for pro users? I'm pretty sure that was the reason I upgraded.

    The Oreo upgrade changed the default app icon so it is stretched into a weird shape. Please provide support for Android's new "Adaptive icons".

  8. Blacklisted Customixeable Notifications Settings

    I love the idea of the blacklist, keeping prying eyes from seeing what you don't want them to see. It'd be great if there was some way of knowing when a new message arrive there though - such as a text from Textra saying "thanks for being a user" or a certain light color flash in compatible phones.

  9. Display names in "inbox"

    Give me the ability to say I only want first names displayed. if someone's name is long it is hard to tell if my text conversation is just with that contact or a different conversation where I have multiple contacts and they are the first one in the list.

  12. Message restore from file

    Textra has the option to copy conversations into a text file- can you add a way to restore these messages from the same text file? Not a cloud backup system, though that would be nice, but just the ability to restore from Textra's own .txt files of messages

  14. Save your text messages to your P.C.

    Allow users to connect their phones to their PC via USB/Bluetooth so that they may save their text messages. This can have many benefits, such as: protecting yourself/business from erroneous charges due to a misread text by a purveyor, saving a cherished note from a loved one, or even creating a "database" for authorities if someone starts stalking you, or even more importantly--to free up space on your phones hard drive because you just can't delete a message.   15. Separate Junk SMS

    be good if sms from unknown numbers (numbers not in contacts list) go to a separate inbox or tab or something like that. if you then decide that unknown sms is ok, you can opt to receive sms from that number in the regular inbox. basically it should work like how you handle spam email.

  16. Pin/Flag/Star important sms

    It would be nice to be able to Pin an important sms/MMS to the top under an individual contact (john, Mary, kevin, etc.). It would also be great to have the options to flag, star, or highlight those important messages for a later referal, then having the ability to quick search flagged, started, highlighted, or pinned sms/MMS like it's done in Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook mail & etc.

  18. hands-free text announcement

    whenever I have my Bluetooth headset connected, I would like for a feature to be turned on where it will instantly read out my text as I receive them. the feature the Moto support allows me to reply also but I just wanted to read the text out loud if my Bluetooth is connected.

    How can I send messages with a time delay in Textra? In Samsung messenger I can schedule the sending of messages. How do I do this with Textra OR why coundn't do it like in other SMS messengers?
