  1. Quick copy verification codes

    A feature that is very handy in Android Messages is the way it asks if you would like to copy 123456 right on the quick reply screen when you receive a verification code from an app or website. You guys should do that.

  2. Pixel 2 XL Android Pie Issue

    In notification replies are broken and odd after the new android 9 Pie update on my Pixel 2 XL. it's not a bug, or crash, it's just obviously not coded to work on the new update and needs fixed

  3. Highlight important SMS/MMS messages

    There should be a feature where you can swipe an SMS/MMS message to the right and be able to hit a star icon to highlight that message. An example of this is when you get a text message from your boss asking you if you're available for a certain date for work. This makes it easier than having to hunt down the exact message.

  4. Please fix the delete issues

    I have shared this app with several people, many of them uninstall after accidentally deleting all their texts or a whole thread unintentionally. Please I beg you make a trash bin or archive the default or at the least an undo option. If this has been my experience, you know it is for 100000s of others as well. You are losing users way to way too easy of a fix.   9. Keyboard with delete left and right

    keyboard must have a delete left and right and with up, down, right and left direction, if these are present then typography is fast and error is minimize and not annoying because it will speed up typing with less effort.

    I always have a lot of unique messages when I sell something or when I do carpooling. I used to have an application that made a group with all messages from numbers that are not saved in my contacts. Improves readability in conversations list

  14. Bold Font Option

    I love the Textra and recently added Gilroy fonts, but they're way too thin, I can barely read them so I'm stuck using System font. Would love to have the option to customize the apps font by making it bold.

    Samsung note 8 did not receive emergency alert on Textra. it wanted to go through default message. Might not be a Textra thing but something to point out.

  16. Allow auto trimming (or at least a warning and manual trim) of videos too large to send like Verizon Message+ does

    I've been struggling for days to send videos to my girlfriend. once I turned off Textra and went to the default Verizon app (Messages+) it warned me that the video was simply too large to send, and would let me manually crop to sendable sizes so I could cut into segments to send.

    it would be AMAZING to:
    1. have a warning that the video it too large to send rather than just getting an undeliverable message 5 min later
    2. allow auto-trimming of videos too large to send
    3. if that's not feasible, allow manual trimming to sendable sizes.

  19. Multiple message delete

    It would be very helpful to be able to implement delete all menu option. I get regular sms messages from my home devices, while you currently give an option to multiple select, it is odious to select 47 messages after doing a search for deletion.

  20. able to add pictures to your profile

    I think we should be able to add pictures to not only our profile but to others. so that when someone texts us we know who it is.🤷‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️. We should also have a ringtone for when someone sends us a text.
