Reaction emoji options
we should have more reaction emoji options. the basic five do not get the job done and require text answers, when a reaction would suffice. Android and iPhone both have this and all major messaging apps handle it . please update

Homescreen as Textra Background
I would love to see my beautiful home screen as the background for my whole Textra experience. I know some apps are able to do this and I love it! Thanks for your time. :)

Disable unnecessary giant, single capital letter that is shown before each text contact
I am not sure if it is a contact image placeholder or what. Once 2.0 hit, I have a giant letter next to every contact. It looks ridiculous.

Samsung emoji style
Currently Samsung decided to also make another emoji set, only used on their phones. They are actually very nice and attractive do is there any option to have these added to the list of emoji style available to us?
Would love to used their style of emoji on my Motorola G, since most of the people I text are on Samsung phones. Also this would make textra the first sms app with all 3 emoji styles available.
A preview of the set is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2618523

Change Contact Name Display Options
Allow the user to change the sort order and information displayed on the main threads section. The purpose is to allow more control and customization. I personally prefer my contacts displayed and sorted by Last and then First nam as my contacts list is that way as well. Allowing options such as only to show or not to show first name, phone number, show home number etc.

Implement notification peeking
Textra has had floating notifications since before they were native in Android. Now that they are a system feature (called notification "peeking"), it would be nice if this native functionality was offered as an alternative on Android 5.0+ devices. This has the advantage of eliminating the showing of the notification twice on the lick screen, as well as matching the system design better. Peeking notifications can either be swept right to dismiss, or up to save them to the notification bar.
