  2. Add another contact in a group conversation

    I usually get group messages from others but also want to include another contact in the reply.

  3. Merge message notifications

    I think it would be nice to have the option to have just one icon in your notification in bar for multiple messages instead of having different alerts for every message. So if I got a message from three people it could say "new messages from etc" instead of having three seperate notification icons

  4. Add a scroll bar to conversations

    In conversation view, put a scroll bar on the right side to easily scroll through the longer conversations, similar to the stock messaging app

  7. Mute USSD messages

    Some pre-paid plans send balance updates after billing events, which are popped up as USSD dialogs. These dialogs are very annoying especially when watching videos. Please Convert these dialogs to notifications like normal sms. Thanks.

  8. TextraWidget

    Hey ! I think it would be great if we can have a widget for this app, possibly the same as the sms widget of Android (the one on the Galaxy S6 Edge). Because I used to like this widget but then I download Textra (such a good app) and I can't text by this widget anymore.

  9. New notification with direct reply

    It would be nice to have a new heads up notification with a direct reply that pulls down directly from the heads up notification. Similar to the default messaging app from the s6 and the iPhone

  10. Refreshing texts without resyncing

    I use MightyText to send messages from my PC while I'm working. Unfortunately, Textra won't show the messages I've sent, only the ones I've received. The only way to fix this is by manually resyncing Textra from the settings, which removes scheduled texts. Very inconvenient!

    Every other messaging app updates itself automatically with MightyText, so I'm not sure what makes Textra different. It'd be a great fix though!

  11. Improve selection of contacts from group

    This is an improvement on the item added in 2.35 (Link: https://textra.uservoice.com/forums/208555-feedback/suggestions/6104712-be-able-to-select-individuals-from-a-contact-group).

    It would be nice to be able to select contacts from within the group before they are all embedded in the message's To box, like from a separate vertical list. In my mind I can just scroll down the list, single touch to select a contact from the group, and after I'm done selecting just the ones I wanted are embedded.

  13. Dividers!!!

    Wish you could add dividers lines between each contact's message thread. There is too much unused space between each contact and the option would definitely make it more appealing. Of course adding a custom colour is a must to it too.

  14. Easily identify who sent group text message from lock screen

    As of right now you are all the recipient names with the text message. It should rearrange and show the name of the individual who sent the latest message first on the lockscreen.

  17. fix the app icon

    The app shortcut icon on my home screen keeps being deleted so I have to go into all my apps to find it. This kinda defeats the purpose of a shortcut. Please fix.
