  4. Confirmed sent message notification. like a little loading icon on the bottom right corner of the outgoing text bubble.

    similar to other ideas but an actual indicator (loadin bar style/flashing arrow) till it sends

  5. allow sending MMS and receiving MMS to be configured individually

    you currently have a setting to enable mobile data, which states should be enabled to allow the sending and receiving of MMS. i want to be able to disable sending MMS, but also enable receiving MMS

  11. Set specific color to contacts on conversations list when no photo available.

    The initials that come up for the no-photo available contacts is great idea. It help us to recognize the conversations. But it would become even easier to recognize conversations if we can set a specific color to each contact initials.

  12. Android L and/or iOS Chat Bubbles: The ability to make the chat bubbles resemble those from iOS messaging and/or Android L Google Messenger.

  15. Text bubbles have a lower opacity until sent, then they become a solid color.

    In the text messages, other than sound, (If you even have that turned on) you cant really tell when the message is sent. If the text bubbles had a slightly lower opacity while it was in the process of sending, the became a solid color once it sent you could know exactly when it was sent. This would make it much easier to see that the message has been sent other than the sound. It would also be helpful for those hard of hearing because they would be able to see when the message was sent rather than listening for…

  16. allow custom colour/font colour. existing options are not very good.

    Chomp allows full theme customization. since update to msterial design, colour options are somewhat lacking

  17. Make it so texts cannot be sent when the phone is locked.

    Currently if a text is received it can be replied to and previous texts can be read even if the phone is locked. Please disable this or include an option to disable this.

  18. Allow horizontal view for the quick compose feature.

    To able to display the quick compose feature without having to turn the phone over, can be useful when watching videos on Youtube or movies on Netflix/other horizontal view applications.

  19. Make the text boxes "float" when you scroll through your conversation, such as on an iPhone.

    Basically when you scroll up and down through conversations and the main page, you should have each text box and each contact "float," as an iPhone does when you scroll up and down through your conversations.

  20. Sms should indicate from which sim it was sent and for which sim it is received.

    Textra is simple and great. but lacks lots of features.
    please take a look on other sms apps such as "Go Sms" before you give next update.
