ainsi nous serions alerté quand le destinataire recevra le sms

Reorder Quick Compose Contacts
Reorder the displayed favorite contacts list so that the recent contacts from it, or the favorite contacts from it from whom there are messages, are at the top of the Quick compose's list. Optionally separate them from the rest of the favorite contacts with a subtle horizontal rule.

SMS HTML Link bug
When clicking a sms HTML link, the recipient field is filled with a "?". The sms will then fail to send unless it is manually removed. Clicking the following link: "sms:?body=test" will recreate this bug. This link follows the standards for an SMS link and the behaviour is not present in both the default Samsung and the default Android messaging apps.

Thread Merging
I have a couple of group text threads that are to a lot of the same people (1 person is missing from one of them which caused the app to create a separate thread). I would love to be able to merge them into a single thread. Hope you guys can find a way to. Make that happen.

Ambiant display
Give the option to use the ambiant display feature instead of waking up the whole screen when receiving a message, like Facebook Messenger and many other apps do. It is much cleaner that way.

background pic instead of a color
hello. can you add a setting to use a customized back ground setting? my phone and tablets have all the same background theme. you might want to add a crop pic to fit in your app area.

sim selection
sim selection should be permanent. but textra change sim according to sms received sim. there should be complete settings for sim selection as in chompSMS

PGP Messaging support
Surprised this hasn't been talked about more. I think PGP encrypted messages should be an option (For Pro Supporters) to use if the receiver is able to receive it. Privacy is always important and SMS is unencrypted; leaving our private chats open for malicious entities to capture our messages. Just a thought and feature I'd like to see come from Textra.

Apostrophe on main keyboard
It would be nice to have an apostrophe added to the submenu above the period rather than having to go under the 123 menu. There is a comma in the existing submenu but also a dedicated character button to the left of the space bar so it is duplicated. Maybe replace the long press submenu comma with the apostrophe?,

Bookmark GIF's to use them quickly with a system of tag
I use some GIF's everyday, and it's tiring to search in GIF database..
Why not do something like this?

Grouped Notifications
Rather than having several notifications cluttering the notification shade, they should be grouped within a single notification - a feature introduced in Android 7.0. An example of this would be Gmail.

Scheduled messages
Please put scheduled messages below a divider bar and indicate the date below that bar followed by the message with scheduled time. Do this for each day a message is scheduled. When they are sent they can move into the regular message body in time order or other messages. When they are placed in line according to time scheduled they are hard to find and confusing. Please refer to the messages app for Samsung Android oreo.
