  1. Expand Recently Used Emoji Rows

    Currently my phone shows 3 rows of recently used emojis. Please expand or make customizable so 4, 5, or 6 rows of recent emojis will display. So there would be less scrolling through ALL the emojis.

  3. Release Notes - Details

    Please consider adding more details to the release notes, in some capacity, so that users experience bugs can know whether or not their bug has been fixed. Simply stating "bug fixes" does not help users of the app know what was actually changed

  4. In textra app on Android, allow right swipe to delete text. Also, archive all conversations for later use after swiping left.

    Swipe right, one step delete. Swipe left, archive conversation and remove it from active list.

    It would be great if the authentication codes from banks and other online accounts were auto detected and moved out of the normal conversation listing.

  11. Dual SIM Bug

    I have Dual SIM in my phone. When I create a new text
    conversation from Phone or Contacts apps, Textra defaults to SIM 2. I would prefer the default new conversation started from Phone App or Contacts Apps to be SIM 1. Or follow Default SIM setting. I have sent new text message from the wrong SIM phone number many times because of this problem.

    It would be nice if the time stamp a message was received was displayed beside every received message automatically instead of having to tap on the bubble and then tap on "i" to see that information

  13. Settings - Your Mobile Number

    What does it mean if in the settings 'your mobile number' you have the wrong cell phone number.

    i.e. my cell # is: 253-xxx-xxxx but in the settings it was listed as 206-www-wwww

    Would this send the message to both numbers? How did the wrong number get listed in this setting?

  14. Custom Notification Sounds

    I am on a list of people who can get emergency text messages in the middle of the night. I would like to be able to customize did notification sound for that particular source of text messages. maybe Textra already has a way of doing that, but I haven't been able to figure it out. if there is no way to do it I would like that to be a future feature.

  15. Show whether contact is texting from personal or work phone

    I have contacts in my address book with. both personal and work numbers. Sometimes I have to message them to only their personal number or only their work number. it would be useful if the message thread view made it clear whether the recent messages are from the work number or the personal number.

  17. Browse fire supported file types

    This functionality would allow the user to set any supported audio for notification sounds no matter where they're located. I find that all texting apps search only soporific folders which doesn't always work.

  18. scheduling should not be reset

    Hello, this app is an engineering pearl! But the scheduling of the draft is reset to "now" when leaving the current "conversation" to the "conversations list" then re-entering this "conversation" (marked with "draft"). I would prefer preserving this SMS scheduled datetime.

  20. Improved Dark Gray

    The current dark gray colour seems lighter than normal. I suggest to use the #121212 dark gray its much better and is used in the dark mode per material design standard
