  2. Set a wallpaper by your Phone Gallery!

    Good day Textra team! I love your messaging app because its too fast, easy to use and more convinient! This is my new default messaging app. But, I have an idea, what if you can add your own wallpaper via gallery? Like Picture/Photos set as wallpaper to messaging and every conversation? That would be great if that would happen. :) Thank you for reading my Idea, Godbless and more power to your team! :D

  5. Imgur content integration into Textra

    My friends and family send tons of Imgur links via text. I noticed on a friend's iPhone that their messaging app automatically recognizes and displays Imgur animated GIFs in their chat window when I send them a link. I'd love to see that functionality Incorporated into Textra.

  6. Better, less intrusive quick reply

    Rather than an overly of the entire conversation, just have a reply button underneath the current message that can be typed into, similar to Google Messenger and Allo.

  7. Chat Heads

    There should be Chat Heads option like messenger of Facebook so that one can continue its chat on any screen,And there should be no need to pull down the notification bar or going back to the Textra app to reply a message. Thanks

  8. Mobile Mode

    Is it possible for the app to recongnize that you are moving in a vehicle. Possibly using some background speedometer and turn on mobile mode if you have that checked in the settings.
    Then when you get a message a notification, a box pops up and ask "if you want the message read aloud.
    If yes is selected it will read the message then afterward ask you if you would like to reply (just yes or no buttons)
    If yes is selected then it will allow you to speak your reply and tap the screen when finished.
    Then it asks…

  9. personalising group texts

    when you send a single text to a large group (ie John, Mary, peter) , the text cannot include the recipients name (otherwise everyone will receive the same name) what would be great is if they're was a way for the app to auoto insert the persons name in the example below:

    hi {contact name} do you want to go for a drink tonight?

    If there is a feature to backup our text to cloud, we can backup and restore text messages when we reset the phone or migrate to another phone.

    It would be convenient to be able to pin important messages threads to be at the top of the messages list to create efficiency and to ensure that the messages are easier to access.

  12. If can customize our keyboards then we should be able to customize our backgrounds for this app.

    We should be able to put pictures of things in the background. Like our lover, family, memes, and ECT... It shouldn't be that complecated just a simple picture in the background. Make it a new update.

  18. RCS Override for Tmobile

    There has to be a splition for the RCS proble for Tmobile users...stick messaging will not allow advanced messaging to turn off and disabling VOLTE does not work
