    Currently no way to see how many texts I have without unlocking my phone.

  2. Kindly include quote message function in Text rather.

    Having an option to quote a message for replying would enhance communications on Textra. Especially in long chat conversations.

  4. Faster media/video sending features

    When u press the plus and press phots it shud show the videos in your gallery as well it would save a a good bit of time, or add an all media button and u choose what category

  5. Create event from message

    The ability to detect event details in a message and create a Google Calendar event from them would be really cool and convenient.

  6. Why are text messages split after 66 characters? It made it very expensive sending texts when I was on holiday in Turkey.

    Add a setting for sim1 and sim2 that accepts number mask preferably many mask.
    Textra will then display the recommended sim icon (ex sim1 icon will show if certain mask like 0917xxxxxxx, which will indicate that sending through sim1 will be cheaper or free)

  13. Customizations...

    It would be great if there was a way to customize conversations entirely. Right now you can change the bubble color but the action bar (at the top where the name is) and background stays the same. Also, is there a way to have buttons on the floating notification so that you can reply from there without opening the conversation?

  14. Do not mark all received messages as read.

    Marking all received messages as read doesn't allow apps like missed call reminder or alert.me to function. Alternatively, enhance the notification options at the sender level to include playing a sound even if the system volume is muted.

  15. perform simple commands

    It would be great if textra bot performed simple commands such as , dial a phone number when asked ,or texting a simple and common text like "call me" or "be there soon" to the contacts in our phone when asked properly, that would be both fantastic and helpful!

  17. Native Notification Badge

    Yes it would truly be nice to have native notification badge on this awesome sms app. Im using a Huawei P9 Plus and all's well except for the absence of a notification badge on the Textra icon on homescreen. All the other apps I got from playstore like viber, whatsapp, seem to be ok. Only Textra won't appear in the "badge app icon" list on the phone's homescreen "more setting". Thanks for this awesome app....it Rocks!

  18. Set timer on text messages.

    When you don't want to send a text a that time have a set time to let auto send for you later.

  19. An option to draw on picture taken in the app

    As stated it would be nice to be able to snap the picture and be able to draw on it directly from the Textra app. I have to go through a long process on Google keep in order to send a picture with writing on it and I think it's a great feature to be added.
