  1. Ability to send pictures from clipboard.

    Allow the ability to paste a copied picture into a message. Currently the only way to add a phone is if it is saved on device.

  2. This is really a Nice app to work with...

    This is really a Nice app to work with. I also like the customisability of the UI. However, I feel that there should be a chance to sync with the local SMS app of Android. If I delete any message in Textra, the local sms app of android also should be synced. So that I need not delete it in 2 places. One Textra & Two the regular SMS app of Android.

    Please look into this & try to fix the sync issue

  3. What if I don't want bubbles when texting?

    It would be nice to have the option to NOT have bubbles when texting. Plus, why not add the option to customize the theme of your text? I.e. I want an picture of a potato on the background of my text log. Think about it, more features like this = more people.

  6. Log outgoing SMS

    I'm using a Samsung phone on Android 4.4.2. With the native SMS App, both incoming & outgoing messages appear in my call log. With Textra as my default app, only incoming messages appear in the log. It's often useful to use the log to track calls & messages per contact & date... Or is this a bug on my phone...? Or....?

  8. I think it would be nice if it scrolled down automatically when you get a new message

    If i have my phone and I'm reading through the conversation and my phone is on silent I won't notice when I get a new message. This is just my opinion though

  10. My idea is that if the boss sends out an early AM text on Monday cancelling the early AM meeting the next city over, then actually show me!

    Actually show me the text cancelling an early AM meeting, put it in an inbox or start a thread right there, rather than only showing me replies, like "great" or "thank goodness!" Because I drove to the next county AM and confirmed, the boss texted me. My phone was on, and I got other employee's replies, so I know some sort of thread was started, so why not show me the first one actually cancelling the meeting so I didn't have to get up early and start driving across Florida?

    1. Select a specific contact's message when searching for keywords.

    2. Set a date range for searches.

    3. When searching for keywords among messages, we need to be able to specify to search among messages from ONLY the CONTACT or ONLY MYSELF.

  18. Quick Reply extra feature

    When the floating notification pops up, it can have a pulldown type message box right under the message that was sent to you. You can use it straight from the home or lockscreen or from any app.
