  1. 'Limbo'area for delayed text

    Unable to start typing another message after setting a x second delay. It would be nice to have it pop up to a limbo area with an x next to it for cancel, and be able to work on the next message

  2. Quick contact bar

    An option for an in-app customizable quick contact bar similar to what is used in the Stock Samsung messenger app that displays in the conversation list pane and immediately opens that conversation as opposed to only being able to add favorited contacts to a new message.

  5. To have the date/time written with every SMS and MMS

    In other popular messaging apps, the date and time (or ex: Monday 6:47 pm if in current week)was displayed with every message sent and received, SMS and MMS. Although I know it could be pretty annoying for other users, this really helped me stay on top of things and reply on time and know how much time passed since_____ etc. Keeping this optional would be great for all users I think

  6. give users the option for different text tones for different people

    Give us a setting (like on iphone) so that each person may have his or her own text tone so we know by sound who is texting us

  7. Enable SwiftKey typing when responding via quick view from notifications.

    when you respond to a message from notifications SwiftKey appears to be disabled. You have to compose the message by pushing each letter individually.

  8. option to give each contact, your conversion with them, their own color and notification sound.

    Like Googles messenger app, when I open a conversation that persons conversation is it's own color... Example, my main theme color is purple but when I open my messages with Tom, it is orange within our conversation, or red for Diane.

  11. Hide keyboard by swiping up like in hangouts

    Swipe up in the screen and the keyboard goes down, instead of pressing the key to hide the keyboard. Hangouts app allows that and I use it all the time.

  13. Have an option to turn of snap to new text.

    Very frustrating when looking thru tweets and a new one comes in and it snaps down to the new text. Besides that love the app.

  16. Sister, an iphone user, gets mad...

    I love using Textra, and with other Android users, everything is fine. However, what looks like one long msg when I type it, ends up as three or four texts on my Sister's iphone. Plus, sometimes the parts come out of order so whatever I'm trying to tell her gets all confused. How about an Apple compatibility setting for sending msgs to OS users?

  18. Quick compose favourites now shows full name only one contact per row

    What happened to displaying only favourites photos in a row in quick compose? It now shows the full name and number, one contact per row.
    The icon only shortcuts was much more user friendly. Could we have an option for how to display?

  19. Android M bug

    When replying to a message, the text entered via keyboard is not visible. Textra should adjust itself so what you enter is viewable.

    A developer preview I know but I'm reporting the bug nonetheless.
