  3. customisable reaction emojis

    I would like to be able to choose my react emojis. I was sad to find the laugh emoji wasn't there. I mainly used FB messenger for the reactions and you can pick the ones you want.

  4. Emoji Search Option

    It would be great if there could be a keyword search function in the emoji tab. I understand emoji suggestions appear as you're typing, but it would be great to have a separate search function.

  6. Bugfix: Send message from physical keyboard

    Currently there is no way to send a message without touching the screen- even tabbing over to focus on the "send" button and pressing enter causes the "tapped" animation to show on the button, but does not send the message. This is standard on basically all email and messaging apps, and based on the animation triggering seems more like a bugfix than a new feature to me.

  8. Auto-delete 2FA tokens after a selectable delay.

    I use 2FA several times a day, and it would be nice for the texts I receive to self-delete after a couple minutes. Here's the rules I would choose:
    1. Sender is not in your contacts
    2. Contents match a regex like "(verification|authenticat(e|ion)).*d{4-8}"
    3. Message is older than 2/5/10/30/60 minutes, selectable in settings.

  11. Restore 'Sent' and 'Received' Messages

    In a previous version of Textra there were handy indicators on your sent text messages denoting if the recipient had received them or if they were still in the process of having been sent. This was inexplicably removed in recent versions, but it was very handy to tell if someone had actually received your messages or not. Please restore this functionality.

    It would be great to be able to create groups, and set an out of office response for that group (or a specific set of individual contacts) for a certain amount of time. Similar to an out of office message on email.
