  15. Ensure that when a text is opened in quick reply without unlocking the phone, that it does not disable the screen time-out. (HTC One (M8)

    When I receive a text and tap on the notification without unlocking the phone, the quick reply screen stays open and overrides the backlight timeout. phone screen will stay on until the phone is unlocked or the power button is tapped.
