  5. Block @ messages

    Please create or enable an option to block all messages coming from a web page or email address containing an @ in their sender ID, as these always contain links that are surely harmful or malicious.
    Examples from my personal Blocklist:

  7. simple archive

    A way to add threads/contacts to an archive page or tab. There's so many threads I rarely interact with anymore. better yet, let us create a name multiple tabs and move convos to a set tab. e.g: verifications, work, friends, family, etc.

    Be able to automatically block any message that only displays an email address and not a phone number. seems to always be spam.

  10. Please Add Category Feature in Textra

    If possible than please add support of category feature like for which msgs do sort automatically via there category like.. personal, promotional, finance.. etc
    it's very useful option and if it will implement in textra than it will perfect.

  11. Clickable hyperlinks

    It seems that when I send a hyperlink in a text message, the recipient cannot simply click on it. they tell me that they have to copy and paste it into their browser. is there a way to make the link clickable?

  12. Keep Textra open after I reply

    I don't know why Textra closes right after I reply to a message. I am using the Pro version. is there a setting I can change so I can stay in and continue the conversation? it's a pain to lose the window when I'm in a hurry. Thanks.

    can you make a way to turn off the circle that has the person's initials in it to the left of the text? the message already says their name so I don't see the need for it. it's just taking up space

  17. New Animation Ideas

    I think ot would be nice if you could change the way your "SENT" bubble animates as you hit SEND", similar to how iOS Messages operates.

    Also, when deleting a conversation, or deleting bubbles from within a conversation, I think an animation would be nice, in which the selected items* are basically sucked into the trash can 🗑️ similar to a cartoon-like fashion.

  18. option to auto-remove metadata from photos

    system should have basic ability to strip all metadata from a file, or better still, options by type of data (location, file created/modified dates, camera type if a photo etc. set it to permit always, or per send where it prompts for the attachment, controlled via settings
