hello, i work in a school and i use textra to communicate with parents. I sometimes send 1 sms for 400 people. I would like not to have the alert message which indicates that a large number of messages are sent and I have to confirm each time and it is painful. is there a solution to this problem?

[Option] Mute Notifications from Unknown Numbers
I have been getting a lot of spam SMS messages. I already have an app to block unknown callers. Would love to have Texta stay silent when I receive a text from some spammer.

Categories
Would make it so much easier to navigate and organize. It's a lot more difficult to scroll and look for a colleague or a relative, than to just pick from the categories on the top of the page and find them there.

To see if they have seen the message and when people are typing
thos would be a great feature because it would allow you to see if the person has seen your text because sometimes I feel like they are ignoring me and I would like to see if they are typing back or just seen the message and ignore me it would also help because more people download this app especially if they are a iphone user even tho iphone has this feature they might still download it to be able to see if a android user Is typing

Font Color Options for Main Screen and Menu/Settings... Everywhere
I have supported the app and bought the ads free version, so please grant me your customer support and add this feature. The glaring white text is very hard on my eyes.

Move frequently messaged contacts to top of list
Where we can customize which contacts are placed at the top of the messaging list (and the ability to remove that contact from the top of the list too). It would be helpful if I could add my kids to the top of the messages so as to find them quickly!

Allow users to turn off the auto underlining of times and dates in messages! Now I get questions why I underline times in my texts!
PLEASE allow your users to turn off the automatic underlining of dates and times in text messages! I understand it's so addressees can easily add a date/time to their calendar(s). I bet most NEVER do that with the majority of texts they receive.
This "underlining feature" is now generating lots of questions from friends. They want to know why I keep underling times in my texts!
This is VERY annoying.

Notification text split
I want to be able to pull down the android notification menu and see the message text, but I don't want the notification to pop up over apps.
I want easy access to the text without accidently showing friends/family what my SO sent me if I'm showing them a funny video or whatever.

Sync should NOT delete your chat history
I am traveling abroad and textra starts a new conversation thread for incoming messages, instead of using the existing conversation history. I found a solution to use the resync function in textras settings > about. Textra DELETED the old threads and kept the new threads with only a few messages. All the conversations, all the pictures, all the history, GONE. I am so sad right now. There was no warning. mute notifications of people who send you multiple sentences in individual texts in rapid succession

where they separate each sentence into its own text and you get five or six notifications in a row. It's pretty annoying, I would love some kind of feature that would maybe mute successive notifications from the same contact within say 30 seconds.

This should be an option in the drop down.
I have to look for it every time.

Give an an option to allow opening links by default.
The Open/Copy/Share menu when clicking on a URL is pretty unhelpful. It slows down the common case (opening the URL in the browser/app) just to duplicate options that are already available in the long-press menu. Please let us turn it off.

I don't keep voicemails after listening. be handy to have an auto prompt to delete the message after listening.

Developer Force Dark Mode
Developer Force Dark Mode causes some apps color space to change. Textra color space is compromised (the bubble colors do not match the selection). Maybe allow custom color creation so users can fine tune their pallette.

Spam text
For the love of God please add some spam blocking options.
Like, block all except from contacts would be great.
Block all from email, especially Hotmail.
It cant be that difficult. If you valued your customers you would include these options.
