  4. Need better spam protection

    I'm getting a lot of spam texts from email addresses, blocking these isn't a good option, though I've tried. We need more effective ways to block emails, report illegal texts and protect ourselves. This is the biggest issue and concern I have when looking for a texting app. I know a lot of people would appreciate your help in this matter. thank you

  5. Browsing all saved media

    Is there a way to look at every media that has been saved by Textra (instead of having to click on individual conversations)? I like cleaning them up frequently.

  7. BLOCK EMAIL ADDRESS TEXTS PLEASE.

    Can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get a way to bulk block texts that come from email addresses? There is an epidemic of spam texts that I'm getting from them. PLEASE.

    please let the enter button be to start a new paragraph and not a duplicate send button.
    Better yet, add a return button like the one on the screen I am using to type this message.
    Then add a send button as was in your earlier versions.

  9. Reminder to Reply

    I have notifications set to notify me of unread messages every few minutes, which is wonderful to keep me from missing a text. They're are times though, when I am unable to respond when I read a message.
    It would be so helpful to have a snooze feature that would remind me to reply. For me it would be especially helpful to snooze personal messages until I get home from work or until I go to lunch. It would also be useful for those times in which we need to think before responding.

    Instead of opening up a chat and having to scroll back to see what was said... Start from the last text you seen and scroll down to the most recent.

    My normal text messages I have groups at the top so I can put all my family in 1 group then work people in another. It's so helpful!

    It should be that when the phone is out of range, the message will be sent as soon as we regain coverage. At the moment, when there is no coverage, an error pops up in a moment and you have to click again and again send

  15. delete from notification

    Would love an option to delete a message immediately from the notification popup.
    We have to verify so many logins via text nowadays. Once we have copied or autofilled the verified code, I just want to delete the text immediately from its notification, rather than opening my app and selecting/swiping each one over time. :)

  17. non-contact user defined folders

    many ideas here re grouping or saving texts to special folders, but they mention work vs personal contacts; no, please do not automate based on contacts. or perhaps this could be an option to my clarification, which I believe serves your user base more completely.

    Let us define and name (1..10?) folders. We then copy texts to these folders. Each folder having move/ delete|highlight [select|all] texts/ delete folder.
    keep simple, sort texts in ea based on date/time as now in one-for-all.
