  1. Hide top bar when scrolling for immersive mode

    I like to have my apps going full screen when possible. So it would be nice if the top bar (with the name of the contact) disappear when scrolling in the list of message in a conversation

    emojis that only textra users can see. if I make a emoji I can share it with my friends who have textra and only those that I have shared it with can see that emoji

  6. Customize contact details display

    For the contact info that is displayed in the header of a text message, the ability to customize the information displayed. For example I would often like the First Name + Company, instead of First + Last Names. Thank you.

  8. sort messages by read or unread

    I am about to leave Textra because I lose messages that are unread but pushed way down the list. Every other messaging app has the feature to keep unread at the top.

  9. ability to switch off text filtering.

    For most people using this app we all know that certain words represented in certain ways such as s*** and f*** or "duck" are due to text filtering and dictionary. it would be nice to be able to switch this off so that actual speech recorded or manually input is left unfettered and unchanged. thank you

  11. Replacing sender number with title or name of association for group messaging

    I will love to see a new feature added to Tetra whereby a sender is able to replace his number with a title (name of association). This will be very useful for group messaging!

  13. Smart Watch Integration

    Hello I love your app and just got a Samsung smart watch. I was looking into the possibility of being able to integrate Textra into the watch to receive messages. I believe you would have to have a watch app as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Please put a way of leaving a group message. I've been getting these spam messages. BLOCKLISTING doesn't work for this at all. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!

  17. Edit text messages

    Edit text after it has been sent. having this feature will help if you misspelled a word or left out a word/phrases - you can go back and edit the message and continue without having to send additional text messages.

  18. unarchive messages

    my granddaughter accidentally archived a very important text thread. I didn't notice until it was too late. perhaps a "are you sure you want to archive this message or thread" may have prevented this. I'm frantically trying to find a way to recover them.

    Why is there no option to automatically forward every "sms/mms" to other devices ?

    I think that this would be easy to build in and could be really useful for many different things...

    Would like a replay on this one to see what happens, i am a pro user....
