  2. Folders or Archive

    Please 🙏 please 🙏, we need user defined folders to dump old messages in to and yet keep the inbox clear. At the very least an Archive folder.

  3. Spam Blocking

    I have had a huge uptick of email addresses texting me porn links or asking if I want to shed 30 lbs and an attached link. It would be awesome to have a setting that would block all spam. Not necessarily block anyone not on your contacts because some of us have to use our phones for work. But maybe block anything with a link in the body of the message unless that person is on your contact list.

  4. Folders and filtering

    I think it would be great if we could have folders where certain numbers go automatically. Like confirmation numbers can go to "Confirmation" folder, login identification texts can go to "MFA" folder, etc.

  5. MMS option to always use SMS

    I sometimes receive messages that convert to MMS if over a set text size, these never send properly as the carrier doesn't allow MMS messages, so I end up breaking the message into multiple SMS messages manually, which is a PIA.
    It would be good to have an option to always split via SMS and never send via MSM.

  6. Send button location w/One hand feature

    When using one hand feature the location of the send button should be moved to the other side of the screen so we don't have to stretch our thumb to click send from the left side. Using the one hand feature having to stretch our thumb to send sort of defeats that purpose on either side of the screen. I've got small hands so it's a bother for me.

  7. Keep Messages Unread

    If I get a notification of a message and read it in my top scroll-down bar then clear my notifications, it makes the message appear as "read" in the Textra app. This creates a risk for me of possibly not replying to someone later on when I open the app, as I won't catch that their message hasn't been responded to because it'll appear as "read." Perhaps make it so messages remain "unread" until they're replied to or read in-app.

  8. full size photos and zoom function for the camera.

    the photos are boxy and seem zoomed in. it would be nice to control the camera.

  11. user will be able to text from multiple numbers

    support multiple numbers on one phone. e.g. i have my network number and my google nimber. i woulds like to use this app for both, and be able to tell when i am using one over the other.

  12. Read notification

    Could you please implement a notification for when the message is read (opened on the recipient's phone)? The delivery notification is all well and good, but it's not an indication of whether or not the person has tapped the message to open it. Thank you, from a satisfied subscriber!

  14. Block iPhone "liked" and "loved" messages

    Can you please add an option to block the annoying texts that come from iPhones when people "loved" a text. At least turn off notifications for them?

  19. Store some data on SD card

    At the moment, my Textra app is taking up 6.6 gigs on my internal storage with no option to move the app itself or saved messages/ attachments to my 128GB sd card that is almost entirely free. With so much space eaten up, I barely have room to update my apps let alone download new ones. There should be an option to shift some portion of the app's data to external storage.
