  1. Longer text delay

    Could you please extend the text delays to offer 30 seconds and 1 minute... May save some people some arguments and stuff.. A max of 9 seconds isn't long enough

  2. Fix bug where photos become inaccessible

    For some reason occasionally I'll see an image in conversation and tap to view the entire image and it comes up blank. The same thing happens if I use the "media" drop-down on the contact of the conversation to see all the images they've sent. I can see all the thumbnails but some of them just pull up a blank image when I tap on them. Some images are permanently like this and other ones it seems to be a transient state of confusion in the app based on having viewed too many images in a row, after a while…

  4. No more forwarding?

    Why did you take away the ability to forward messages?? I liked being able to tap and hold to bring up the menu to forward to another person.

    videos received from iPhones are horribly digitized. iphone to iphone videos, sent via text, are amazing quality. Any way this app can be updated to do that type of picture quality?

  8. Ring tones From Textra Settings Without Zedge

    Phone: Oneplus Nord N10 5G Unlocked Bought From OnePlus:
    I create my own ringtones, and store them on my phone in the OEM folder "Ringtones" as with other texting apps, I want to select one (Mp3 format) directly without having to Install Zedge and use that app's stock ringtones.

  9. Open full sized image before sending.

    Please make it so you can open the full sized version of an image by tapping it in the text box before sending. It'd make it easier to double-check that I'm sending the correct image. Thank you love the app!

  10. Lost the ability to adjust per-contact vibration pattern

    I have read the "Android 11 - Notification and Bubble Concepts" post about notification, but I can't find the vibration pattern in either Textra's settings or my stock Pixel 2 Android settings.

    Where did this go? It still works, because patterns I set previously are still working when I receive a message from those contacts.

  12. There appears to be a problem with messages sent to friends with iphones where the messages do not delivered

    It takes 2-3 attempts before the messages are delivered. Sometimes I am not notified until hours later.

  13. Message read indicator

    would be great to have the ability to know if someone has actually seen/read your message. Not a 'read receipt' where the receiver has to give permission though. Gotta say though,Textra totally rocks- thanks heaps for a sensational messaging app.

  16. mfa codes should not expose on lock screen

    The mfa codes that are visible in notifications with the "Copy #####" feature are exposed on the lock screen, allowing bad actors to access accounts without unlocking the user's personal device.
