  1. Language selection

    It would be great to have the option to select the app's language. Now it forces the system language. But for example I only use English as system language because google assistant doesn't (yet) work on my native language.

  3. Customize Notch Area

    Everything is amazing in this app EXCEPT, if you have a notch at the top of your phone. I wish you could customize the notch area to make the app completely FULL screen. The app looks bad because it won't blend in with that notch.

  5. Don't repeat whole text when "Liked" by iOS.

    I don't want this clean and minimal texting app to get more complicated or more like iPhone. There are plenty of chat and message apps for that. But if iPhones keep echoing the whole text back when they Like or Love it, please make a setting to turn that off and just say "Liked your text"

    I think it would be cool to be able to see the total number of messages in a conversation (similar to the 'Media' counter for pictures/videos).

    auto-reply for text messages when you're not available; when you receive a text, person sending text automatically gets a message that you're not available etc.

    I wish we could search for keywords within conversations. It would save a ton of scrolling.

  11. "PERSONALLY PINNING OUR CONTACTS"

    It's currently set so we can "PIN" our contacts to the beginning of our contacts list which is ok. But we really need to be able to prioritize our own contacts enabling our most important messages to not get missed, especially when we have a lot of loved ones, friends or coworkers to be in in touch with. There are only so many slots available on the initial Textra message board so being able to make our own contacts order would be greatly appreciated!

  12. Idea for pop up text

    Check out ChompSMS. Their pop up text is awesome where you can swipe to go through the new unread texts. That would be amazing to have with Textra.

    I accidentally clicked "Always" on the share method, and now I can't get it to share any other way - can we have a more straightforward way of undoing that "Always"? I can't figure out how to revert it to default.
