Change photo for group message
I'd love to be able to edit the contact picture of a group instead of it being just a mashup of all the people in the group.

Request messages
On Instagram there is a spot for messages not in your contacts/friends add this on Textra, that way you can block the spam/don't have to see it in the other messages and also be able to see if something important was sent from a non contact

Slide back from conversation is broken
It works sometimes, it doesn't work at all at times. Telegram X has a beautiful implementation of this. Fluid and responsive.
This is becoming a deal breaker for me.

Archive messages
This is the only way in which Google Messages is better than Textra. It has an archive. Doesn't have to be on by default but it would be greatly appreciated

option in media gallery to go to related message
while browsing thru the media gallery (GREAT feature BTW!), I often want to go to the messagedate which that particular picvid was sent.
I typically have textra save the last 2000 media (for certain people) and it's very difficult to find the associated msg for a particular image without scrolling FOREVER after finding the image in media gallery.

Different Picture and Video size limits
Verizon along with other carriers have different size limits you can send for picture vs. video. Looking to see if the option could be made to modify sizes for picture and video separately.

Show contact's number below name in conversation view
Please add an option to show contact's number below their names (in conversation view) to easily differentiate numbers from same contact that have multiple numbers (for work and for home) without needing to press another menu just to show their number.

Changing the icon
Honestly not a fan of the icon with the white circle, it throws off my all dark mode theme. Please give us an option to change the icon.

Fix blacklist
Since the last update it doesn't seem possible to unblacklist a contact/conversation which there was previously. The blacklisted contacts just disappear and are not visible in the blacklist to unblacklist.

Send via cloud
Ability to link Textra with a cloud service like Google Drive. Then when I try to send a video or large image for example, I can choose to have it automatically uploaded to the cloud and then a link sent in the message instead.
