  2. "ok Google" read me my new Textra messages

    any chance of getting this? Textra is integrated great with using Google to type texts while driving but what about reading them?

  3. Summary of sms receive while on DND

    If a txt is received in the middle of the night, while a phone is on do not Disturb, there is no notification for the txt. It would be helpful if textra would provide notifications for txts received while on DnD.

  4. i am facing an issue

    i normally send the calculations of grocery and other item i ask my driver to buy for me through an sms... but sometimes the sms just doesnt gets sent unless i reword or eliminate some spaces... the msgs have txt and numbers and are not very long... and i have sufficient balance in my account

  6. Oxygen os share screen phone screen sms option

    Using my one plus 8 and realized that when you hit share from an app and hit messaging, it pulls up your entire list of text threads. This is extremely useful when you are messaging people with no name in your contacts or multiple group threads that aren't necessarily recent in your history. I LOVE textra, and this added feature would make it absolute KING again. I never thought to do something like that but have definitely been frustrated at not having something similar in the past on more than one occasion

    Textra need to become open source or partially, in 2020 all good apps are open source because of the community. (think about protonmail who are completely opensource even his a paying service)

    to be able to customize the text colour throughout the app and even adding more fonts aswell, one of the reasons your app is so good is the ability to customise it so well

    It would be great to be able to compose and store canned messages for use when needed. As part of my job I frequently have to send the same long message to different people throughout the month.

  17. When to add word to auto correct

    Sometimes I wish I could dump my dictionary & start over. I'd like to be prompted for auto correct to save a word it doesn't recognize rather than clean up all the misspellings. I think I might end up with a better dictionary after awhile.

  18. Blacklist

    Wrote to Textra today about losing ability to receive texts from 2 individuals (including my wife!); got reply to go into Blacklist under settings. I didn't know that existed, & never purposefully set these 2 to Blacklist. All's well now!

  20. Please make left/right swipes customizable 😊

    Great App! And I love how customizable it is 👍 But would you please add an option to customize left and right "swipe"? All my other Android settings are "delete on left swipe" and "archive on right swipe" (though I like other options on right swipe as well). It feels much more natural to me to left-swipe for delete.

    Also, as I just saw when I was about to post this, please offer the option to auto-delete on swipe rather that swipe and click. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!👍😊
