Don't switch to another text thread after quick response
If a message thread is open with person A and a new message comes in from person B, thread B will overlay A for your quick response to B, then flip back to A so quick you may not notice you're back in thread A. Typing a second response to B often goes to A unnoticed due to this switch back. Suggesting a better way to show the transition back to thread A so users are aware, without having to customize each thread's color theme to visually see the difference.

need autoresponse option
this is almost the only messaging app I've seen that doesn't have an autoresponse option for you to turn on if you are unable to answer text messages, or if you are driving. Seriously? BIG omission.

More options like trash can, more screen colors , read receipts, unsend, or textras own notification sounds.

removal of contact icon
create an option to remove the icon in there conversation list. hopefully allow space for more of the message to be shown

Contact sort
Please sort displayed contacts list by last name! When composing a msg in Textra, a click on TO gives me a list of contacts sorted by... I don't know what (first name?). Some begin with first names, some with symbols, and quite a few with 4-digit numbers. This is not workable, as I have somewhere around a thousand contacts. Can't continue to use it this way. Is there a setting I've missed??

NEW group Chats
Have any new text at the top of list. I open pop-up to quick read and then I can't find the message or group again. I spend too much time searching to find the message (scrolling back through years of text messages).

Copy Number From Notification
Need to be able to copy a number from a notification in order to paste it elsewhere.

Reorder Pinned Conversations
Pinning conversations puts them in what seems like an arbitrary order. Being able to order the pinned conversations would make my workflow cleaner and easier to manage.

please allow flexible message reminders
Please allow different reminder intervals, e.g. 5 mimutes as opposed to just 2 minute intervals & unlimited number of reminders or at least 100 or 500. If someone is unable to respond to reminders for a few hours, they don't get any reminder after 100 minutes with chief by setup. I am unable to respond to messages sometimes more than 100 minutes & don't get a reminder when I can. I don't need reminders every 2 minutes, energy 5 minutes would be better but for others 2 minutes may be better. Thanks.

Have tapback available to android, Samsung, users!!!
Google calls it RCS. IPhone calls it tapback. Whatever its called I want to be able to hit an emoji on the incoming message without sending a new message.
