  1. Make a textralike app to manage RCS messages

    Google will probably never open their API to allow you guys to use RCS, but how about this idea....

    Create an app that will "manage" their messages database. The same infrastructure that you have now in textralike that says "Keep X number of messages", but enhance that to "delete older than x", and other options.

    You can make this a separate app, and I'll buy it today!

  6. Revert recent media selection changes

    Is this the right forum for this? The recent update changed the way the user selects multimedia objects to send in an MMS. The new method of selecting the bubble on the image/video and then choosing the "Select" button is clunky and seems unnecessary. This method made sense when selecting multiple items to send, but it becomes a nuisance when sending a single photo. I request reverting this recent change, or at least allowing to the user to configure their experience and choose what behavior they prefer from the app.

  10. make bubbles smoother when timestamp is on

    When you have the setting for the timestamps on the chat bubbles there's an animation problem. You click send the bubble goes in the whole thing is smooth but then the bottom of the bubble just pops lower to accommodate for the timestamp that appears suddenly. If that could be a smoother animation or just already built in

    Google text app allows the user to pick from the entire emoji catalog to react to a text message, that would be REALLY amazing if Textra could implement the same feature. Textra would then be 100% perfect!

    1. move the Sim button away from send button.

    2. I have 2 numbers on my phone. One for personal one for business. All texts for both numbers are in one list. Please give the option to sort or separate texts by Sim number.

  20. multiple sims

    i have 2 sim cards on my phone and given that the button to select the SIM and the send button are next to each other, i occasionally by accident change the SIM card before i send the text, resulting in roaming charges. Can you redesign that, eg, long pressing the send button would give the option to choose a SIM card.
