    I've been helping a family member move from Gmail to Microsoft 365, and I honestly expected the process to be much easier than it turned out to be. Downloading emails one by one or forwarding important conversations simply wasn't practical because the account had years of messages spread across Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, and Spam folders.

16. Best Way to Convert OST to PST Format

    My Outlook profile crashed after a system failure, and suddenly, all my mailbox data became inaccessible. The OST file was still present, but Outlook wouldn’t open it anymore. I searched for ways to convert OST to PST, but most manual methods required access to the original Exchange account, which I didn’t have.
