  1. More Color Customization

    I think it would be really cool to have a color wheel instead of set colors so we can get exact shades / colors instead of preset colors.

    input an option for notifications instead of a heads up style, it does a ticker style notification that scrolls the top once then remains like normal notifications

    The only feature missing in this is copy OTP option directly from popup message.

  4. sending 'media' files with 'send as new'

    it would be nice if we could attach 'media' files (files received/sent previously with the person youre texting) instead of having to hit options>media>select file>hit share>select textra>type contacts name>select contact>and send.

    if we could just hit options>media>select file>send as new>and send. it would be much easier to send previously received or sent files again to the person youre texting without all the additional steps.

  6. Allowing users to sort message threads

    If we could sort message threads so that the newest messages (still displayed first) always push towards the bottom of the screen, it would let us more consistently fall in line with Samsung's new one UI. Because of potential fragmentation I wouldn't want this to be the default behavior, but it would be a nice option that would keep me tied to textra over other options.

  7. Bug-MMS limitation when data is off

    When data is off the incoming MMS repeats multiple times when it does send. You can end up with 5 duplicate messages.

  8. BIG PRIVACY PROBLEM TEXTRA defaults to previous person texted instead of person currently testing. yikes!

    I'm a Textra Pro user. If I text person A. then later text person B, Textra automatically defaults back to A not person B who I last texted. This has caused me to send texts to wrong people several times in the past. But today it was a very private picture. I thought I was sending it to B, but it had defaulted back to A without me realizing it. Ugh! luckily A is a dear friend and laughed. But I was mortified. This really needs to be fixed. privacy issue. I'm gonna have to start using a different msg…

  11. 읽지 않은 메시지 상단에 고정

    깜빡하고 읽지 않은 메시지가 다른 메시지들에 밀려 아래로 숨어버립니다.
    읽지 않아도 알림창에 있어서 인지하고 있다가 그만 재부팅이 되어버리면서 알림창도 초기화되어 읽지 않은 메시지를 잊어버립니다.

    하지만 읽지 않은 메시지를 상단에 항상 둘 수 있다면 이런 일들은 해결될 겁니다.

  12. Chat/Bulk Toggle more accessible

    Love Textra!!! Would also love you to make the bulk/chat toggle accessible on the main thread screen, instead of having to go 2 settings in, to change for each group chat.

  13. more options for people who used LED and now it is gone

    I've noticed a lot of apps that are trying to add features to counteract lack of being able to change LED colour for alerts and phones getting rid of LED notification light entirely. there is an app called noled that has a tiny icon that floats on your lockscreen and links to the app. it only goes to app not contact so you could one up that and have the icon that was chosen for a contact be what appears. so if you have messages from multiple contacts you'd have multiple icons appear but on the screen area where there…

  14. Swipe to del each messages in inbox

    Its very hard for del each perticular invisual messages by click in inbox content and after click on dustbin icon ... Pls add swipe to left or right to del each indivisual messages option.... pls again its not about already swipe features. Its about in message each content ... Me and my friends zone really want this feature in this app...

    Love the new icons in place of the white message. Would be nice to be able to give these icons to individual contacts and not be a one for all.

  16. Bring back the "later" button

    When you opened the message box from the pull down menu you could tap "later" after reading it and the notification would still be there, now the option is gone

    The textra app is quite good and user friendly, it does not however support same SMS to multiple contacts. This should be corrected as soon as possible.

  18. Send Pictures in Sequence

    Send multiple pictures in a sequential order instead of them being sent in a non-ordered fashion. Pictures would be numbered from 1 to the number of pictures being sent, numbered in the order you selected them.

  20. Option to remove swiping to exit a chat

    idk how many people I'd have to be simultaneously texting for this feature to come in handy, suffice it to say I do not have that many people. Selecting text is a chore in this app cuz if I hold it down left to right then it exits and I have to do it again, right to left. Idk why this exists at all tbh but at least let me disable it.
