Compact view for pinned threads
I have several pinned threads and would love to have an option to put the pinned threads together in a drawer or maybe compact them at the top, so that I have room for more texts underneath. Maybe have a line dividing the pinned from unpinned threads

Presque parfait.
Bonjour. Excellente application, très belle et facile d'emploi. je souhaiterais toutefois pouvoir lire les messages venant sur la liste noire. Il serait aussi intéressant de voir afficher le nombre de messages reçus sur l'icône de Textra. De plus j'ai lu que l'accusé de réception des messages lus n'est pas possible alors que WhatsApp à cette fonction. pouvez-vous remédier à tout cela ? Sinon application quasi parfaite que je viens d'acheter.

While sending sms, app should suggest names based on most frequently contacted or last received calls+sms

Widen out text speech bubbles
please widen out the text speech bubbles so they're not so narrow and the text doesn't seem so long and take up so much vertical space. The speech bubble should fit the entire screen from left to right so you can have more characters speech bubble not the few that is allowed. the speech bubbles kind of look like a cartoon with the short little lines. thanks a lot. Great app.

Automatically resend failed messages due to lack of signal
As someone who rides the NYC subway, I will periodically lose signal at points of my commute. I may randomly receive text messages as I pass by a station, but by the time I write a reply I have already lost my signal again. If I try to send a message, eventually it will fail due to no signal. It would be great if my phone could either know about my signal state, and send the message when I reconnect to my network, or if I could configure some sort of timed retry (retry failed message after, say, 5 minutes,…

Notification edge lighting
On the Galaxy S10 there is no notification light. I would like to see some edge lighting on the lock screen when the screen is off so I know I have a message.

wasza aplikacja jest naprawdę dobra, ma większość potrzebnych funkcji i jest łatwa w obsłudze (w przeciwieństwie np. do Mooda). mogłaby być idealna gdyby posiadła jeszcze 3 ważne ale proste do wprowadzenia funkcje:
1. Żeby pamietala miejsce w którym akurat się znajduje po naciśnięciu przycisku Home. następnie wchodząc w aplikacje powinna otworzyc się w ostatnim otwartym miejscu. przykład: chcesz spisać kod z smsa do banku który ma 9 cyfr, zapamiętujesz pierwsze 5, następnie wciskasz Home, wchodzisz do aplikacji banku, następnie wchodzisz do textra i powinien ten sms być już wyświetlony żeby doczytać pozostałe cyfry, a nie jak teraz musisz szukać…1 vote -
Adding/Removing Contacts of existing Conversations
most other text applications give you the ability to add or delete contacts from existing current text threads. I don't know why Textra does not have that ability but this is a absolute must. it is extremely annoying to have to recreate a whole new groupjust to add one or two contacts to an existing thread that is extremely non customer friendly.

ignore do not disturb feature
I'm not sure if I'm just missing it, but a feature where I could allow certain contacts to still give notifications on do not disturb or when the phone is on silent would be cool. This is a thing on the iphone but I cant remember what it was called for the life of me, and I know "ignore do not disturb" is a feature already on the stock samsung messager and most other ones. That would be really useful (:

Actualize the colors contact themes
Make the possibility of actualizing the randomizer of colors themes, if you don't like the automatic attribution. Which actualy cannot be change.

Suggestion to SMS gesture
After looking for messages of last year in the very long message list, I found it's hard to jump to latest one. Referring to other apps, I thought the double-clicking on the title bar would be a wonderful gesture to quickly jump back to the top. thank you to considering this idea~~

Perhaps you have this but I can't find it.
Function that allows frequently used message to be stored, pasted, edited and sent as needed.
I saw a reference a "pull down message" in settings but can not figure how access them or create them.

scheduling should not be reset
Hello, this app is an engineering pearl! But the scheduling of the draft is reset to "now" when leaving the current "conversation" to the "conversations list" then re-entering this "conversation" (marked with "draft"). I would prefer preserving this SMS scheduled datetime.
