  1. Auto send on record texts

    I forget to send 90% of my voice recordings bc it doesnt do an auto send (like previous apps would). Once you hold the mic to record (usually used when driving,so not paying attention to my phone), it leaves the recorded part in a message still to be sent. Which i never. remember. to. do! It would be great if this was at least an option in the settings! thanks!

  3. saving photos

    would be great to backup all the photos from all text message conversations.

    I'm changing phones, and realized that MMS not backed up, and my settings weren't set up to save all photos to gallery. Would be great for me to be able to backup all photos to a folder on the phone prior to transitioning to new device.

  4. MMS NEVER WORKS AFTER UPGRADES

    Upgrade last night. MMS NOT WORKING TODAY!!! BOTH TEXT AND PICTURE MMS!!! UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PRO USER TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM ON A REGULAR BASIS! I NEED HELP!!!

  5. Keep option to create new text as you scroll down. It disappears until you scroll to top

    When you scroll down through your text list the option to select a new text disappears. Not sure why. You have to scroll to the top to make it reappear.

  12. emojis category button like WhatsApp

    It's troublesome sending emojis Ruth Textra, having to scroll through most emojis vertically to reach flags, or places, or sports, etc.
    Using quick category button to go to that category like WhatsApp has on top of emoji keyboard would make Textra so much better

  14. Go from media directly to the message with picture in conversation

    I very often have situation when look at pictures I media section of conversation and want to go directly into messages with this picture for remember about context for example. It would be really nice and helpful feature.

  15. Adding/Removing Contacts of existing Conversations

    most other text applications give you the ability to add or delete contacts from existing current text threads. I don't know why Textra does not have that ability but this is a absolute must. it is extremely annoying to have to recreate a whole new groupjust to add one or two contacts to an existing thread that is extremely non customer friendly.

  20. Emergency Alerts

    Textra should have access to Emergency Alerts through the app. Since Textra is my default text app, when we got the Presidential Test alert today it kept going off every few minutes because the text app that comes with Android was in control of and had actually received the Emergency Alert. I had to go to the the original text app to clear the alert to get it to stop blaring. The moment I cleared it from there, the alert was then pushed to Textra.
