I really like this app & wish that you all could add RCS? The Samsung default SMS app offers this but I'd rather use Textra.

MMS is broken? Leave Textra
Textra removed legacy support- Tmobile and others require you to receive MMS through data. Textra is now pointless if it can't turn off Wifi.

Handsfree texting.
I just upgraded from a MotoZ to a Galaxy S10+. immediately I am sorely missing Motorola's wonderful handsfree text feature. This was totally automatic when you started driving and worked beautifully with Textra. I am trying DriveMode, but it tries to do too much. I miss the elegant simplicity of the Moto app and it occurs to me that in light of so many states outlawing texting while driving, integrating this into what is already the best texting app could be a way to corner a much larger market share.

well its like the same with iMessage from iPhone or Google messages when someone has Textra to that you can text trough the internet way and that your send button change so that you know they are using Textra and would be awesome to see it happen in this app to and the only reason why I want to see that is. that we don't have mms in the Netherlands they pulled out the plug of it it's a same because sometimes people want to talk like back in the day

Automatic Response
It will be great if we could schedule an automatic message response in specific hours, days or moments... That way, all messages will be response with our message without to read them.

Rounded bubbles grouped over multiple texts
This is the one look and feel feature I wish Textra had: an option for message bubbles that group multiple messages together and round the corners of the group. Messages, Pulse, and QKSMS all have variations of this type of bubble. If this were available in Textra, it would result in the best look and feel for a texting app, hands down.

Retour ligne dans smiley
Un truc pratique serait un bouton de retour sur ligne suivante dans les smileys, comme dans le clavier texte, de façon à ne pas coller systématiquement les images, et de faire des gymnastiques pour l'instant entre texte et smileys, merci.

Settings - Your Mobile Number
What does it mean if in the settings 'your mobile number' you have the wrong cell phone number.
i.e. my cell # is: 253-xxx-xxxx but in the settings it was listed as 206-www-wwww
Would this send the message to both numbers? How did the wrong number get listed in this setting?

Web Component
Other popular texting apps are such as Pulse or Android Messages - having a web counterpart for their app. It's useful to not have to pick my phone up to look at a text when I'm at work on my computer. Definitely a feature I'd pay a little extra for.

Update Messaging Visually
Could you please update the appearance of the messaging app to look a bit more something like how Signal looks? I love Textra but Signal is a bit prettier visually. I like the layout of how to send messages.

group messaging
With the default application of Android, when I received group messages from my mum, I couldn't know who were the other recipients and the message was automatically added to my mum's conversation, so when I replied to the message, I could only reply to her.
Now with your system, I have 2 different conversations, the one with my mum and the group one...
Can you do something to disable group messaging? Indeed, with Textra, with have no choice...

od aktualizace 4.16 nebo 4.17 nelze oznacit vsechny sms v ramci jedne konverzace, lze oznacovat jen po jedne sms. uzivam placenou verzi PRO

Add Navigation bar color option
Add Navigation bar color option. It's now black all the time despite phone system settings are set to white Nav. bar / Light theme. Black nav bar in light theme looks distracting!
