Textra update 4.4
Textra says that it is at version 4.4. I have 4.3 with no way to update. Google Play only gives me the option to Open or uninstall.

Support for Facebook Messenger (& more)
I love Textra. it's got what it sets out to do very well. it would be my replacement for text messaging... Except one thing. I'm used to FB Messenger... I'm used to having the ability to message people on that platform, and have the full tool set to go with it. I'd love to see integration for FB Messenger, and maybe others for those whom use them.

stop auto closing
If I reply to a text by clicking the notification, it exists the app once I've sent it, it ships go back to the main app list of text messages.

Notification Icons
Since Google mandated the change to all white icons, I would like to make the suggestion to add even more icons to choose from than the originals to help make this even more customizable. This isn't a high priority, but as somebody who really likes to customize this app, it would be welcomed. Otherwise, I love this app.

Trash Can Retrieval Setting
Now you can set a retrieval setting that will allow you to set a time frame for you to retrieve any messages you accidentally or intentionally deleted. Set trash removal for immediate, 3-day, 7-day, or 14-day disposal.

Android work profiles + Textra
Add better support for Work profiles wince Textra wont work in work profiles. So when I share a contact form work profile and send through personal profile Textra it doesn't display the details from work profile Contacts when in personal profile Contacts.

Replied Icon
This would be a super easy and helpful thing to implement: please add an icon or symbol to texts that we have replied to already (in the main messages screen). that way we can easily see who we have replied to and which people we still need to respond to. Right now it's very hard to tell which messages it's my turn to reply because it all looks the same.

Reminder intervals
Would be useful to have greater reminder intervals. could be an hour sometimes untill I can get to my phone. up to 15-30 min intervals would be more usefull for me than minutes. As a result I can miss all reminders of 2 minute intervals.

Mai demult pe un alt telefon, care a avut alta versiune android, varianta mai veche textra,
sms-ul primit a aparut in geam separat pe ecranul telefonului. Pe acest telef. nu gasesc nicicum ce ar trebui sa setez sa- mi apara si acum.

Drop down text idea.
When dragging down from the top of the screen to text, it is hard to see what you are typing after a few words. Having the text area grow rather than go left and right. text wrapping

Textra heads up
If an incoming text could bring up the whole quick reply window automatically, skipping the heads up at the top of the screen. It'd save a click each time, good for power users sending many messages quickly

Light Mode
a toggle between a light theme and dark theme so it's not gray/black all the time. and the ability to change the accent color of the app, instead of being stuck to blue

auto size bubble width for messages longer than a single line
Where a message is only one line the bubbles auto size so there is no blank space around the text, but when the message is more than one line the bubble is automatically the maximum width even when the full width is not needed. A change for this would be awesome!

Custom font color
There are some color schemes that force white or black color font. It would be nice to be able to choose what we want and be able to chose different colors
