  2. Notifications triggered by keywords

    This option would allow users to set keywords words found within the message body to trigger notifications. Could be global or contact specific.

    Helpful for anyone receiving group or push out alert messages from a server. Would allow to only be notified of messages the user deems as a priority from the servers.

    Example a user receives a SMS messages updates from their work or school. The user wants to be notified of snow closures. The user could input "snow" as the trigger word which would cause the notification rather than the sender.

  3. Date format different from locale

    Can the date format by the same as the phone or to set it myself? The M/dd/yy is not the standard on every country and ia nor convenient

  4. Turn off vibrate when sound on

    I know you can select android only and get a slight vibrate but you should be able to turn vibrate off when sound is on and use one of the custom or longer vibration patterns.

  6. Night Mode

    You can turn on night mode and it turns into a black theme instead of white so it's not a strain on your eyes at night. Also there should be a automatic option where it turns on from around 7pm until 6am.

  7. Auto Forward to another number or email

    I have 2 lines and sometimes people text me to less used line. If be nice to have the option of forwarding my texts to my main phone or even my email, so I don't miss them. Even better if I could choose which contacts to forward.

  11. MMS Notifications/MMS sent

    I have seen a few others who have mentioned this but has not yet been implemented in an upgrade. It would be great for there to be a Notification like the Samsung default messaging app that lets you know that someone had sent you an MMS while you're on Wifi and for you to "download the file" as opposed to the MMS failed due to timeout notification that is sent by textra as it doesn't show or indicate which conversation it is coming from.   13. Decide which groups to auto save pictures.

    In Google photos, I can choose to auto save pictures to my Google drive. Textra currently saves all pictures to a single folder. if I could choose between two folders for each conversation, then I could allows my pictures from my wife to auto save, but the memes from coworkers wouldn't.

    it would be great if you could set it so that when Textra opens it would automatically go to the last conversation you had. That way you don't have to keep tapping three times to get back to the conversation that you were having

  18. Compose to Texting Group Names

    the ability to compose to a group name EVEN IF the named group thread has been deleted. it appears you are able to compose to a named group by typing the name of the group IF the named group thread isn't deleted. it seems odd that you can't compose to a named group thread if the thread is deleted since the name persists and appears when a message is received by the group of people in the thread
