    The Textra pop up needs to work on third party lock screens like Next lockscreen. Currently it only appears as a standard notification.

  2. Single thread for a contact with multiple numbers

    I have friends with several mobile numbers (i.e. private, work, private2..) and so it is very convinient to have all the contacts' numbers in one thread.
    Actually it was a surprise when I moved from HTC's native sms app which handled multiple numbers to 3rd party apps which couldn't (except the one I found through forums - Messages+).
    Also it would help to keep your conversation list clean from your carrier. Because I have 20 numbers from which the carrier attacks me with his ads.

    Archiving messages, mark messages as important are good options to have. it may also be done with labels, pre defined with one or two user defined.

  4. An option for group SMS/MMS to be sent as split conversation.

    group SMS should be split to recipient individual thread. so that we can track outgoing group message to each contact's thread.

  6. Display MMS/image thumbnails in notification instead of "You received a picture."

    Every other app does this. It would be nice to view the image in the notification.

  9. SMS/MMS overseas numbers

    Found a bug when sending messages (SMS and MMS). Let me explain. I go to England frequently, so I have a set of 2 numbers for my most used contacts (so maybe around 5 to 8 people). One number is their American number, the second is simply that same number, but with proper country codes to be able to call out of the UK and into the US. So all it is: 2 numbers for those select few contacts. However, for some silly reason, when I go to compose a new thread with one of these contacts, textra only recognizes…

  10. Ability to add Phone Numbers and Email addresses in an SMS to contacts.

    Sometimes you receive an SMS containing an email address or a phone number. To help facilitate adding the email/ phone number this feature should be implemented so that upon tapping on the phone number/ you get the option to either Call/Email or add to contacts.

  11. Separate Vibration setting for Android Wear

    When I first got my watch it vibrated for all Textra messages, it didn't matter if my phone was on vibrate mode or audio mode. Now it doesn't matter if the audio is on. I think we should have a separate vibration setting for the watches to set when it vibrates just like we have for the phone. I know personally I'd like the watch to vibrate when my phone isn't set to vibrate mode. Basically add the following settings;

    Android Wear Vibrate
    Always
    Yes (except phone on silent)
    Yes (only when phone on vibrate)
    No

  15. Edit a scheduled sms message before it was actually sent.

    after scheduling sms sending in future, there is currently no way to re-edit this message and change it. so if one wants to make some changes in the text, message needs to be deleted, re-typed and re-scheduled. too much hasle if you ask me

  16. Option to bold and/or change font for txts.

    The currently super thin font choice for txt messages is sometimes difficult to read. Please include an option to at least bold all txt if not add a couple other font options.

  19. Add new number/create new contact

    When I receive a text from a new number, there should be an option to add that number as a new contact. I'm sure this used to exist, but after updating my phone, the option seems to have disappeared (along with the option to add number to existing contact).
