  5. Privacy

    Hello, I am a user of the pro version and I wanted to suggest two things.
    1. A privacy option where one needs a code for opening the app.
    2. A option to hide some messages or some sort of an vault where you need a code to open it.

  6. Add Recipients

    Love your product and have recommended it to a number of happy users.
    One issue we all struggle with is the "Add recipient" process. After adding a recipient the focus returns to the text entry area. If you want to add another recipient you have to remember to return to the icon at the top. Instead you typically enter the name the text area and the swearing!
    Maybe give us some setting options like if you add one recipient, we can return input focus to that dialogue instead of text entry. Or, maybe make the add recipient icon location moveable…

  9. Notification Idea (Mostly for Group Chats)

    Basically when there's a group chat I don't want to miss out on the chats going on in it but I don't want my phone vibrating 100 times a minute and I don't want a notification all the time either. Pretty much what I'm suggesting is an option where once you've read a chat, it will allow 3 messages to come through as a notification on your phone but won't notify you of any others until you read the chat again, that way I still know that something happened in the chat but my phone isn't being spammed with vibrations.…

    can you incorporate a setting to export blacklisted numbers and then import them if we have to install the app again due to any reason.

  11. Broadcasting

    Have an option drop down on 'Group' messages allowing for it to be sent as a broadcast (type a message and send to multiple people as individual conversations. Recipients wouldn't be in a group chat, they would see a message as only they received it.)

    I know this functionality can be changed in the logic of group messages, but I'd prefer it be an option any time I have more than one person in the To: bar.

    Also, if those broadcast messages could stay in the list view as broadcast messages, you could go back to them and resend messages…

  12. Two separate inbox

    There should be an option whether user want to keep two separate inbox for two different sims (the option now in most of the phones) or wants only one inbox to receive sms from both sims.

  13. Lock screen privacy

    When you receive a text and u get the notification and u click on it. it shows all of the texts u have sent to the person. can u add a feature that only shows the texts that were just sent and not every single text. However if u receive a notification when ur unlocked u can see not just the texts that were just sent but every text u have sent as well (like it is currently).

  14. Quick Reply Window

    I've been using Chomp for years. I love the Quick Window it pops up when screen is locked or unlocked where you can just reply or close the message. Would love to see something like this for Textra.

  15. conversation history in the notification

    It would be wonderful if we could see a conversation history by pulling down on the notification. There are other 3rd party apps that have implemented this feature
