  1. Color code messages/threads

    Love Textra! I've been using it for ages. I think a good addition would be instead of just being able to color code the contacts name, make it so you can color code the whole "box" on the main screen. So work could be blue, family yellow etc... would be easier to find the group you want at a glance.

  3. Choose default SIM to send from

    Most other apps seem to default to whichever SIM is set as default for calls. But Textra insists on defaulting to SIM 1. I don't see any way to default to SIM 2.

    I'd like to either have the option to choose default or else have it follow the default for calls.

  4. auto reply options

    previously used Verizon Messages+. There was a auto reply that could be set for while driving, also custom message auto replies (text field was fully customizable). I would love to see an option for this on Textra.

  5. Unread messages put at top

    I think this used to happen, but it doesn't presently. If I have Pinned messages, any unread messages should be found directly below them, even if it's a continuing thread.

  7. make MMS work again

    MMS has been working sporadically and sometimes not at all for the past 5 days. Today I discovered that all received photos in my messages have disappeared, but ONLY in conversations between Android users. When I switched to Samsung Messages, all pictures showed up. Please contact me for details if needed. I love Textra, have used it for years, and paid for it. This is unacceptable.

    Design a Name or Word Filter Function to BlockList the consistent pests that simply use another ANI (PHONE NUMBER) to send their BS, Hacker, etc Unwanted Messages.

  10. Be able to edit text and add a slide gesture to respond to text messages.

    Can you make it possible to edit text messages? And can you also add a left sliding motion to reply to text as well?

    The ability to be able to ★UNSEND★ a text for yourself ★AND FOR ALL THOSE IN THE TEXT/ GROUP TEXT★ (The same way that Facebook Messenger has the very same ability Im speaking of...),wud be really awesome, no shit! 😬

  15. Ability to reply with emojis to individual messages

    Really miss the ability to reply to each individual message someone sends. For ex. If someone sends one text with something happy and follows it up with a sad text, being able to add an emoji reaction to each message individually would be way preferable to sending a general emoji reply.

  18. Sort Unread to Top

    it would be nice to have an option to sort messages so that unread were at the top.

    Don't always have time to reply and then messages get lost in sheer number of messages.

    can you please bring back the personal color choice on the lock screen for the shape icons . I used that to be able to tell who was texting without having to unlock my phone.
