  1. Google Assistant support.

    I know this has been said already, but when I ask Google for new texts, it reads off several messages that I have already read. I believe it also calls it all one text. Is there a way to fix this in the Textra settings or does this have to be fixed by the developers?

  2. Toggle Option for Immediate Send During Delay

    With the newest update there is an option to send a message right away opposed to waiting for a delay to go through. The stop message button used to be right where the button to force send is now as the stop message button (X) is now above it...this is pretty annoying as I was used to hitting the same spot to stop a message from sending within the delay time, so now I usually send it accidentally when I meant to stop it to edit it or what not. There needs to be an option to turn that off…

  11. Unread messages stay unread even after clearing the notification

    I would much rather the messages I haven't read remain unread and retain the "unread count" number on them even after I clear the notification. i.e. the messages should stay unread until I actually read them.

  12. Pin # lock to access settings

    So since the Textra team refuses to give the community the most asked for option, private/secret box, what if they implemented a lock/pin # option in order to access the settings. That way we can still mute & blacklist threads. But in order to reinstate blacklisted threads, we have to access the blacklist option, which is in the settings menu.

  13. SMS to MMS conversion

    It would be nice to have more control about the size at which the SMS can be converted to MMS.
    Maybe with a slider or an input field.
    Because I think that to have the choice between > 1, > 2 and > 3 only is quite poor.

  15. Don't delete text content when changing contact recipient!

    This is possibly related to separate idea title "Write SMS before selecting contact". Currently if you try to write a text message, look up and realise you've selected the wrong contact, then obviously try to edit the recipient, the whole text message content is lost! Please save the message content and allow selection/changing of contacts without losing the text!

    Textra should allow set different emoticons pack for contact exactly like I can set different set of colors, bubbles, themes.

  19. Notification Clearing

    When you swipe a notification away, the message is marked as read even if you haven't opened it. That would be a great fix!
