HOD MESSAGES FROM CERTAIN CONTACTS
its real easy to do.
make an icon at the top. make it big, bright orange.
tap it to enter pin or pattern or finger print, etc.then a list of hidden peeps shows up, select contact, and presto.... secret threads available as normal.
option to keep unhidden for x amount of time when idle before auto hiding again to avoid nuisance of excessively repeating login steps.
cool eh? piece of cake. integrate this and you're gold 24k all day.

Similar to an email inbox, it would be helpful to have the option to allow unread messages to stay at the to of the feed.
I can't always get to texts, so having that option allows me to not lose them in my text feed.

simple attaching a photo
Why not the standard paper clip icon to simple attach a photo. Why the overly complicated multiple steps? Should be simple. Tap the paper clip , select or take a photo, tap attach then send.
I would gladly pay the pro premium if this were a fundamental part of your app.

snooze a thread
I'd love the ability to suppress notifications for a thread for a specific amount of time. for example, maybe we have a group mms we use for happy hour scheduling. I can't make it today. I want to suppress notifications for 24 hours but I don't want to have to remember to re-enable them tomorrow.

Limiting message threads
It would be nice to be able to limit a message thread to a predisposed number. After reaching that limit it automatically deletes old messages. I.E. 500 text message limit and 25 SMS message limit per thread. You can choose your limits tailored to your phones capacity or needs.

I am became a VUP (paid) member of this app because it's really good but after I paid I decided I wanted to contribute a little more money to the program yet I see no way of doing this. Message alignment (part 2)
I need to clarify a few things on my idea that I just posted. The disorderd messages are always large messages from someone and there could be 5 or more small texts that was originally a single text from the sender. It would be great to drag and drop them back into their proper position. Thanks.

Message alignment
When I get a message from a person on a different network (carrier) it comes in disordered and out of "alignment" so to speak. It would be nice if I had the ability to realign the message as the sender sent it (put the message back in proper order) so I can then read it properly. Thanks.

Write a message that will be overdone on voice. Bot going to take the number from xxxxxxx and show you what you are and play the message for that number, after the message, record this number

Need to be able to have the ability to set the day and time you want a text to be sent.

Option to Save Settings for use on new device
After replacing my phone, it would have been very handy to be able to reinstall Textra on my new device and have the ability to access all my old personalization settings (color scheme, notification options, etc). Probably would need to create a Textra account or a backup or something.
