  2. Replying to messages

    being able to swipe on a message to create a reply (like on Discord, Google chat, stuff like that!). it would make conversations in private chats and group chats much easier!

  5. Add Option to Open Full App from Notifications

    When I open Textra from a notification, I get the reply interface that can be dismissed by swiping. I do not use Quick Compose and am not interested in doing so.

    I use swipe texting, and find myself frequently closing the reply by accident before I finish my message. I then have to open the full app anyways to finish and send my reply.

    To prevent this, I would love to have a toggle in settings that allows me to open the full app when I touch a notification.

  8. Add "reply with emoji reaction" option to notifications

    We can customize the actions that appear on notifications, which is great. I'd like to have one where I can quick reply with an emoji reaction, like thumbs up, without opening the quick reply overlay.

    It could be a set emoji I choose, a choice from the list we get when we tap a message in the app, or even a suggested reaction. Whatsapp has a version of this feature.

  10. Blocklist Filter/Search Engine

    After blocking a number, sometimes it was an accident and the phone number is not easily recognized. Can we please have a search bar or a set of filters that allow us to find accidentally blocked numbers or groups of numbers quickly?

  15. Response Acknowledgement Emojis

    When you single tap a received message, it only gives the options of a heart, a laugh, thumbs up, thumbs down, double exclamation marks, and a question mark. Other people I chat with are able to choose from any of their available emojis. I would like to see that in the next build.
