  3. Rounded corners for the app

    Many phones offer rounded corners but not every phone offers. Facebook messenger has implemented such a feature. Why not textra???

  6. Text box edging

    When using white for the box colour. I would like the box to have a thin black line around it because you can't quickly see weather the message is incoming or outgoing. I don't like coloured boxes for text.

  8. theme and settings sync

    I have seen a variation but I'd like to add a bet
    I have had textra on a lot of phones and while a great product the rest set up is a pain
    if you could sync to Google the settings
    (not even the messages) that'd be great

  9. Choose any color for font on all black theme

    Hello dev.! Thank you so very much for the pure black theme. There's only one thing that's missing... When I went to go change my bubble colors to black all I have as an option is white or grey for text color. And, because there aren't chat heads etc. It makes it truly difficult yell the difference between the sender and the receiver. So if it were possible to choose any text, then the pure black theme gets a super premium feel. Thanks again guys, your work is phenomenal.

    remove emoji bar from keyboard screen.
    I see on your Google play example images a keyboard screen without emoji .. I want that .. I don't use emoji

    I really love this app, and I would love to see custom backgrounds just like the stock Android app. Giving the opportunity to have custom backgrounds would be a great addition To Textra.

  12. Enhance Custom Vibrations

    Allow the user to specify exact timings in milliseconds for custom vibration patterns. Also Allow user to provide timing list (vibrate, pause, vibrate, ...)

    Example

    200,100,300
    above would vibrate for 200ms, pause for 100, then vibrate again for 300ms

    1. Group Message Name
      You can add name in every Group Messages so that you can easily find what group are you going to text or send any messages rather than the name of contacts in Group Message.

    2. Group Message Photo
      You can add also an Overall Photo for the Group Message for easy Search since almost people find it easy to search something through images/photo.

    I've done it so many times. Answering a whole bunch of people without realising that it was a group message.

    It must be able to flag group messages more clearly or block incoming group messages.

    It is embarrassing to reply to people I don't know.

    textra has a large and expanding user base in the world of people who are on-call for data networks. in such a role, 24/7 notifications of varying importance are common. a useful function of the messaging app would be the ability to scan incoming messages for user defined regexp and to perform an action upon detection, the most basic being an auto delete for example (e.g. I know alert X is going to be happening so just auto delete it when it arrives). this feature would obviously require processing resources on the receiving handset but anybody using it would likely…
