    I just want to have a gray interface and a contact photo inside a conversation and settings for it. more widely bubbles so it dont looks like it is crowded. I hope in your next update I can already see it. thank you and more power textra

  3. Recall unread messages.

    If the message was sent and not read by the receiving party, that we could press and hold the message to then select the "recall" option to delete the unread messages from the other person's phone.

    Let us search for desired emoji by it's title or keywords. Google keyboard already has this feature, so technology is in place. Please add to Textra.

  5. Add contact to group thread

    Android Messages added a new feature that allows youi to add a contact to an ongoing MMS group text thread. I find the feature handy when I want to add someone to an ongoing thread. Any chance of getting that feature added to Textra?

  6. Expected behavior of Back button

    In case if nobody noticed:
    right now system (physical) Back button on Android behaves like an idiot with Textra — instead of going one level up, as I expect it to do (go from current dialogue to list of all dialogues), it teleports me from chat to chat, someone's the same one several times in row, based not on nesting, but on history of addressing to Textra, I guess, which is incredibly unusable. Please, fix it already.

  7. Companion app for Gear S3 Please

    Please add a companion app for the Samsung Gear S3. As is, it almost works. I get notifications that I have a text, I can tell from who. I just can't read on the watch or reply from the watch. Come on, you guys are awesome and can do anything you put your mind to. I believe in you

  8. Galaxy S8, AND S8+ accommodations.

    the Galaxy S8 launches tomorrow. this app needs to accommodate the aspect ratio for the tall screen. I'm on mine now and the app doesn't reach all the way to the top to show off Textra's interface.

  9. Typing Indicator

    If possible I would like to see a typing indicator similar to other default messaging apps. For example on galaxy phones you can see when the person is typing a reply but that only works if you have the same app

  10. Background chat for user

    If the owner creates a background chat "for user customization" so that we can choose the image to be even more beautiful it is best to increase the app. I hope the owner can consider this idea. Thank you.

    whenever I push home to close the app, and then go back into it, it closes whatever chat I'm on. Perhaps an option that keeps it on the screen you closed it on? saves an extra step while multitasking

  13. Enable sending picture messages

    I never had problems sending picture messages, until I downloaded the textra app. Also some long messages say they are sent, but the recipient receives weird letters and numbers instead.

  16. Save all conversations

    It would be great to save all conversations of the app on an e-mail adress. If we change our phone we can keep those then.

  19. Lock messages from deletion/modification

    Makes you lock messages or conversation threads for legal, practical or sentimental reasons (they'll be unlocked by default when backed up for compatibility w/ other sms app).

    Useful to prevent accidental deletions. Will be a great feature when combined with security-protected messages suggestion as well w/o bloating the app too much

  20. Textra heads up needs to be re-worked

    1) Give us the option to have the pop up, pop up in the middle of the screen, not just the top.
    2) When a heads up notification comes in, we should not have to press the menu button, and then press later. There should be a close button and a later button. That's how gosms pro does it, and it works quite well. ALSO, when one presses later, the message should be kept as new/unread, HOWEVER, the notification tray should clear, but when you open the app, the messages that were marked later, still show as unread.
