Top Contacts
when adding recipients to a conversation, despite favorites being first, the ordering seems arbitrary. It would be a valuable future if the list of contacts was sorted by most frequently contacted. More sophisticated, but more useful, a little bit of pattern recognition should allow commonly grouped contacts to pre-populate in suggestions when you add the first contact.

drawing capability
With the new texting app for iPhone, you can draw messages and send them as pictures through text. I would love the ability to do this in Textra!

sound in conversation
I know you have sound while in conversation but maybe and option to have a different sound sort of like iOS where the sound is different not as loud or the same as when not in the app. something that is subtle but still able to notify

there are many things the not could do on top of the "tip" if it were to have access to the GPS it could give exact coordinates or even weather there are others but these are the only suggestions that I have off the top of my head

Message delivery when off
Guys this app delivers a text message even when the recipient's phone is off,, it tell me "delivered" yet not delivered. Again I cannot receive a text message that was sent to me while my phone was off. Plis do the necessary so textra can be more reliable.. Thank you

Hard menu button
Enable the use of the hard menu button meaning the button that some devices have. Most apps do, those people with hard buttons tend to use them. It's annoying when you hit it and remember that this app doesn't use it.

Notification option to show or hide sensitive information.
user has a security lock on phone and user received a notification it will not show, instead maybe show name off app the notification is from, etc. Just like on stock Android 6.0+

Why there is not a Privaty box
Immediately a private message box feature must be added. (we must have add someone's messages to a private box.) (etc. Look Handcent sms app. It's services a private box to the own user's)
