    When a text comes up and is seen in the notification panel, when you slide to get rid of the messages in the notification make it to where it doesn't automatically mark it as read

  3. Cant find ? Box

    I have an lgg4 from Verizon. I switched to Cricket. I sent the lgg4 back to LG to have the Verizon Killswitch removed. I cannot send pictures I love you or text app but I cannot send pictures please tell me what I can do to make this happen thank you

  4. Show indicator when sending message is in progress or sent/delivered

    My concern is when my message has already been sent. Maybe a progress bar or running circle as an indicator will surely be a big help. And a check for the sent one. Preferrably located at the bottom of the message sending.

  5. I have a delay in receiving mms messages.

    I keep getting a pop up telling me to go to settings and change APN. Then when I change the APN settings continue to have an issue receiving messages. My messages come through sometimes but they are very delayed. Is there someone that can help me please?

  6. Spam folder / Spam phrases

    I often receive spam messages coming from different numbers every time so blacklisting specific numbers isn't very helpful. But basically they have common words in them ("condo unit for sale", "bank loan", etc.) so it would really be fantastic if the app can block or store in a spam folder those that contain words that the users do not wish to deal with. It's the one feature in the default android messenger that i love, but that was too slow so i switched to textra.

  7. Block ALL UNKNOWN NUMBERS option

    I often get spam messages. Blacklisting the senders is useless, as the spammers change their number on each text.
    Please add an option to block all texts from numbers that are not on my contacts.

  8. Need voice notification when receiving message

    Voice notify name of the sender without having to look at the phone will help a lot.

  9. Convo themes match bubbles, not overall theme

    Like in Google messenger, theme of the contact bubbles is theme up top as well. Home screen should be only place theme remains the same please change!

  10. Option to view all photos from a certain contact

    Within a conversation, have an option to view all photos shared with that person in an album type format. This way, you can scroll through photos that were shared easilyeasily, instead of scrolling through texts.

  11. Better way to choose pictures

    When I want to send an mms I have to scroll through tons of images just to find one, but why can't you just show the folders the images are in instead?

  12. Less obtrusive quick reply with pull down instead of large window.

    Floating notification appears upon message. Simply pull down on that to open quick reply and keyboard like on iOS or Floatify as opposed to a large obtrusive window. Swipe it away to dismiss it. Leaves screen in the middle open still.

  13. Hide keyboard after starting contacts search from the "To" field without loosing focus.

    Need to be able to collapse the keyboard while still leaving the list of contacts on screen, as positioned, to continue scrolling through with a broader view. As is, collapsing the keyboard also closes the list of contacts. Frustrating behavior from an otherwise great app! Keep up the good work!

  16. Include a privacy option

    It would be great to have a privacy option that would allow users to hide messages between yourself and certain contacts but not affecting all other contacts.

    Still being able to get a small "private" notification but needing a pin to access the message

  19. I want to merge conversations

    The thing is that I have a sms conversation that I used for a while. But when I got outside the country roaming it made another conversation. I think this has to do with that mms wore sent in the first one. I know other sms apps that does this beautifully but for some reason this one doesn't...

    I have received sms from several banks, my mobile operators, ad messages and others. I want to group this messages in one thread.
