  1. I would really like to see any pre-existing conversation threads.

    For example, if I select a contact from Favorites, whom I haven't messaged in a long while, (e.g. Birthday) - it would be nice to see the previous conversation thread whilst composing new message. A work around now is to search and select contact. Otherwise, a perfect app! Thank you!

  4. What if I don't want bubbles when texting?

    It would be nice to have the option to NOT have bubbles when texting. Plus, why not add the option to customize the theme of your text? I.e. I want an picture of a potato on the background of my text log. Think about it, more features like this = more people.

  6. Log outgoing SMS

    I'm using a Samsung phone on Android 4.4.2. With the native SMS App, both incoming & outgoing messages appear in my call log. With Textra as my default app, only incoming messages appear in the log. It's often useful to use the log to track calls & messages per contact & date... Or is this a bug on my phone...? Or....?

  7. textra should let you choose backgrounds for the messaging board .

    Like choose a picture from your photo gallery to put on the messaging wall.

  9. Can you add a "send message confirmation setting?

    Would love a feature where the app asks me if "I am sure I want to send message?" I loved this feature on other apps but looking for a more reliable app with this setting.

  10. Make the text entry box bigger (or adjustable). After 2 or 3 lines, it's hard to see what I've typed and scrolling doesn't work well.

  11. Scroll bar!

    NEEDED!

    1. Select a specific contact's message when searching for keywords.

    2. Set a date range for searches.

    3. When searching for keywords among messages, we need to be able to specify to search among messages from ONLY the CONTACT or ONLY MYSELF.

  17. Bubble discussion

    It would be useful to have a discussion bubble (like Messenger) so as not to be disturbed when using another application simultaneously (like YouTube for example, it would respond to the SMS without interrupting the video)

  20. Remove blacklisted contacts from search results

    All the spam messages come in the search results and you can never find what you were looking for.
    The purpose is defeated as I'd rather manually search for it in my messages rather than go through all that spam.
