  1. Group Chat Helps

    We need to be able to add or remove names from group chats. Now you have to begin a new chat to make such changes. This causes you to break the stream of responses. It seems that it would be a simple fix to make.

  6. Unknown Contact Message Reminder

    I love that I can have messages from unknown contacts not alert me. It definitely stops annoying spam messages from interrupting my day. However, this also prevents me from getting messages that I DO want to get and I don't know about them until I open the app. Can we have an option for a daily reminder of unread messages from unknown numbers? Or something like that. Thanks!

  9. mark messages as read/unread (also, bug fix needed)

    lots of requests to implement a read/unread feature... any reason this hasn't happened yet?
    also I have an MMS/group conversation that I've read all of but still says there's an unread message. looks like I. not the only one who has this issue.

  10. Change App Icon Design

    Either implement or consider the possibly of a more full colour icon design on Android and Samsung phones, as the grey surround clashes with the Samsung default app design. Examples can include the usual social media platforms that have a full design with no grey surrounds.

  12. Birthday notification

    A birhtday is either stored under a contact or through AI noticing that a birthday from last year or 5 years ago comes up was typed to a contact.. Which then shows a bday cake, balloon etc. Shows up next to a contacts name

  16. Dim text

    Love the app, but some text is hard to read, especially in bright daylight. Namely, latest text sent/received (at top level list), time & date stamps, sub-text in settings, the next screen asking for my name and email, etc. I don't see a way to change this font's attributes. Am i just not seeing it, or can it be added?

    More or less the title: Silence incoming texts from contacts if they exceed 3 with 5 minutes, returning to normal contact settings in 15 minutes so long as other texts are not received to "refresh" this condition.

    I think this would mitigate a large portion of the issues associated with people sending too many messages, as your phone would only go off a max of 3 times before this specific contact silencing was invoked.

  20. Move position of "Blocklist" in Quick Reply window

    I voted yes for someone who had a similar idea. in the quick reply window or the pop-up window when I'm sharing a link in Textra the upper right drop-down menu has Blocklist at the top. I have accidentally blocklisted my friends so many times when intending just to close the window. Please move it down in the menu and put Close Window or Done at the top
