Notes
The ability to add notes to my SMS's. That way I can add important notes on messages from banks on financial transactions, this would make Textra even more useful. Of course, these notes need to be able to be backed-up/transferrable from one phone to the next.

Slow Mode
After receiving a notification, temporarily mute that conversation for a certain length of time. This would help cut down the massive stream of notifications in a group chat

Chat heads
The chat heads option should be added to app because when i am watching a movie or something else I have to close that bar and then answer to the messages. It would ne very smooth and easy to have chat heads for quick response. Thanks

Your turn category - never forget to reply! :)
So I have this bad habit of forgetting to reply to a text. It would help if there was an option to see all text where I'm not the last texter all in a category or labeled "your turn"
Dating app inboxes have this feature actually if my description isn't clear. Look up Hinge inbox.
Optional of course.
Also allowing comments on ideas would go a long way in improving this section

Voicetexting
I think something went wrong in the last update.. Whenever I pause speaking, it often inserts a question mark At the end of sentences. it also makes two periods as you are seeing here.. It doesn't recognize words the way it used to.. I would blame it on my own style of speaking but I can't when this didn't happen months ago When using the same words on the same phone. I'm hoping you look at it when You do your next round of repairs..

Automatic Text Forwarding
Have the ability to have forwarding filters so if a text comes in from a specific number and/or filter rules, that text gets forwarded automatically to a designated number.

Reactions for images, gifs, web links, etc.
There needs to be a way to react to multimedia messages, not just reactions only to standard messages.

I would love to see a way to separate conversations based on contact categories (i.e. clients, friends, family, OTP) preferably with the ability to name your own categories based on the individuals needs.

Quick send storage box thing
So, i want a Grinch Emoji to send to people, but their isn't one on Gboard's Emoji Kitchen. I found one on Google, but i have to go through my photos, or keep moving back to the top to access quickly to be able to send it to someone as a response. So, a place to save things you send often to people, so you can quickly access them, and send them is my idea.🤷🏻♂️

Picture Reactions
I love that we can react to texts, but I'd really love if we could also react to pictures and if somebody's reaction would show up on the picture instead of showing "Mom loved an image" in five separate texts (she loves absolutely every picture I send). Lol!! It would also help when other people like one or two images and I have no idea which ones were liked. Please!

Preserve save pictures to gallery
Please keep the MMS save pictures to gallery option 'on' between updates. I'm noticing that it gets turned off randomly and I have come to rely on the feature!

Always send MMS.
Sometimes I am in am area with poor mobile service and can only connect via WiFi. In sick situations, I can not send SMS but can send MMS. I would like an option to enable MMS sending even to one recipient in this case.

I would gladly pay for more features.
1) I would like to change the bubble color of each contact in a group chat.
2) add more emojis that I can react with.
3) better gif capabilities. maybe ad tenor gif integration

add more emojis to the chat "like" feature
give a wider selection of emojis that can be used when wanting to "like" a message also give that same selection to pictures as well. love the app and how unique I can make it to my liking!
