  2. Ability to set individual text thread wallpapers, or just the messaging wallpaper in general.

    The current customizable color patterns is nice, but it'd be great to set a picture from my own gallery as the background.

  9. Swipe sms chunk for next /previous conversation

    When reading sms conversation, it seems that better to use left and right swipe for previous / next conversation, not for going back to sms list and not for show sms time. Generally, it is better to see sms send time always.

  11. Separate option to show name and content of sms

    You have options to hide sender name and content of sms in popup window. But I would like to see name and text when phone is unlocked, but would like to hide this info when phone is locked. Please, make separate options for locked and unlocked mode.

  16. Make it work so I can send and receive messages without my phone locking up. Pretty basic. Feeling sorry that I paid for this

    The program would allow me to send and receive SMS messages without locking up my phone. That would be the best feature ever.

  17. Group message notification

    I think it would be much much better to display who sent the group message in the notification than to always show that the "group" has a new message.
    It always looks like the first person in the list sent the message.
    Think of sending a group message asking who is in. Now you have to always unlock the phone then open the app in order to know who the last person who said "I'm in" was. It a huge pain.

  18. Textra doesn't return to running from the app switcher

    When using the app switcher to return to Textea, the app doesn't return. On my Note 3 the screen just blinks abs goes back to what was in before hitting the app switcher button. On my Note 4, selecting Textra does nothing. It's as if I can't even select it. :(

  19. Be able to adjust font size by doing the finger pinch and expanding outward like you can on a webpage. Many MMS apps have this now, please a

    Be able to expand font size and bubble size with the finger pinch like you can with web pages on Android. Pinch in the middle and move fingers toward edges to expand size. Love this app, the best there is

  20. Auto deletion of old messages.

    An option, which can be turned off, and not mandatory, to automatically delete messages at least 30 days old, or once a set number is reached, unless they're favorited or locked.
