  3. Option to receive an audible notification even when in the chat screen view of the person you're texting

    often times people sit down their phone while still in the chat screen convo mode of whomever they are texting. When this happens, the phone will no longer give an audible noise alerting you that a new text from that convo has been received. so one must back out of the convo thread view every time so that they can receive their audible beep. it would be nice to have an option to turn this sound on or off no matter what view you are in. Galaxy s6/s6 edge/all lollipop

  4. Compatibility with Agent

    The Agent app states that Textra inhibits access to text messages (for reading messages out loud while driving). Can that be fixed?

  5. Option to disable swipe actions on contact list

    Or at least change what they do so you don't delete a 5000-long message history

    Verizon has a 1.2mb MMS limit in the U.S.A. It'd be great to have that as an option in settings.

  14. single tap delete

    I'd like to be able to delete with just one tap on the trash can, I find 2 taps quite annoying. There should be an option to switch between single and double in settings.

  17. Break up group messages to delete individuals.

    Would like to have the option to break up group messages. For example, my friends group is invited to a barbecue, but one friend is out of town. No need to bother her, but that means I have to send it each other friend by choosing them individually if I want to exclude her. Please give the option of selecting group, then ability to open group, and delete individuals within the parameters of the text message itself and not the group. Thanks.

  18. Getting adds again after upgrading to pro! Please help

    Hello, it's a problem, as I upgraded to pro a month ago, Nd it was fine for a while, but getting ads again. . It's asking me to upgrade to pro, For more money now again!! Please help

  19. Can new Samsung Galaxy S6 really be replaced by Textra as the default message app?

    I am finding even choosing Textra as a default, it disables features/connectivity normally with Samsung default messaging. Therefore, with Textra, I can't get notification sounds to work when receiving a message unless I turn Textra off, nor will it enable MMS (video or picture) . Nor any of the "share" features in other apps. Textra is not actually behaving as a default should in replacing the existing in-built messaging one, so keep having to turn it off and really Samsung. If it really did replace the S6 inbuilt app and connected to other services I would pay for Premium version…

  20. 'Limbo'area for delayed text

    Unable to start typing another message after setting a x second delay. It would be nice to have it pop up to a limbo area with an x next to it for cancel, and be able to work on the next message
