  1. Previous Quick Compose and New Message UI

    I think the previous quick compose and new message UI of icons only was better as it allowed for quicker selection instead of now having to scroll down. I don't need to see the number as I have already selected it as a favorite

  2. icon color and auto day to night mode

    The Icon for tetxra messenger should match the color of your theme or the icon should be able to change colors, I thought of this idea as there is another messenger called qksms which looks really nice but for colors it cost money but I love textra much more. It would also be great if they could make an auto say to night mode. Let me explain, during the day the messenger will have a white background and it quill automatically switch to a black background at night so it is easier for your eyes and you don't have to…

    Option to go back to Conversation list when going back into app. I don't want to go back to the last conversation and have to then back out

  5. option to give each contact, your conversion with them, their own color and notification sound.

    Like Googles messenger app, when I open a conversation that persons conversation is it's own color... Example, my main theme color is purple but when I open my messages with Tom, it is orange within our conversation, or red for Diane.

  7. Hide keyboard by swiping up like in hangouts

    Swipe up in the screen and the keyboard goes down, instead of pressing the key to hide the keyboard. Hangouts app allows that and I use it all the time.

  9. Have an option to turn of snap to new text.

    Very frustrating when looking thru tweets and a new one comes in and it snaps down to the new text. Besides that love the app.

  10. I strongly suggest being able to change the blinking speed of the led for notifications.. PLEASE!! Stock speeds are way to slow

  13. Quick compose favourites now shows full name only one contact per row

    What happened to displaying only favourites photos in a row in quick compose? It now shows the full name and number, one contact per row.
    The icon only shortcuts was much more user friendly. Could we have an option for how to display?

  14. Android M bug

    When replying to a message, the text entered via keyboard is not visible. Textra should adjust itself so what you enter is viewable.

    A developer preview I know but I'm reporting the bug nonetheless.

  15. The ability to schedule texts?

    just the ability to send a text at a different time. I work at night, so when I need to text people, sometimes I don't think about it until it's too late. It would be nice to be able to send or set up text for the morning.

  17. option to view the the time sent and received the message..example,when u long pressed a message u can see the time it was sent and receive

  19. I want to be able to clear my notification bar of all the textra new message icons without marking all those unchecked texts as read!

    I'd like to be able to clear my notification bar of all the "new text message" notifications without marking all of them as read in doing so! Is there no way to keep new unchecked messages marked as unread without having to keep all their textra notification icons up in my notification bar at all times?

    I once had 6 new messages and all the textra icons were taking up all the room in my notification bar. So I cleared my notification bar like I would with any other sms apps notifications, only to find that all those new messages…
